Some very bad people on this wedsite. be very careful.

Their support is terrible. Their cloud bots do not work, they keep turning off the games and not sending messages to the room. Plus they charge you $20 a month for the thing and it doesn't even work. Plus it is full of perverts who want to expose themselves on cam.

In certain Rooms "The very 1st USER a visitor notices, (AFTER SERVING 3 DAY BAN) KICKS the Fresh OFF THE BANNED User OUT...it's not good giving BANNED users NO HOPE FOR ENJOYMENT. Creating such an APP shouldn't be such a PAIN TO ENJOY...

camfrog are thieves, i paid £15 for coins 3rd of jan, and 10 days later on the 13th jan, they stole another £15 without me buying anything or wanting anything, yet they put coins in my account without my permission and took my money

Best app ever. I'm so happy I had the opportunity to learn about camfrog. My daughters love it and feel safe on camfrog. Ok they are no sissy girls, so they know how to infiltrate in the private files of he who has bad intentions. I raised them good. And they know how to permanently link a pervert account to the fbi website for sexual assault. Like that's the bare minimum a father has to teach his kids. No? Shame on you if you didn't. But still. Awesome app.

I had such an absolutely ridiculous experience with the customer service of this company that I had to share. They charged me 5 times for a subscription. I contacted paypal and they said there was a hiccup in the system, no worries, but contact Camfrog. I did and spoke to "Pam" or maybe "Pat" with the initial G. Pam could not get her head around the fact I needed only 4 payments refunded, as I wished to keep one active so I had an active subscription for the service.
So this woman refunds me for 4 upgrades, then reverted my account to basic. But I paid for 5. Meaning they owed me one. I sent her screenshots of my paypal statement, I tried to explain this, but this woman wasn't very smart. I tried to end the email convo and went to buy a subscription again, thinking i'd just write off the other one. But she KEPT taking my subscriptions. So I'd email again, and she'd refund. I'd buy again, and she'd take it again.

In the end I got so frustrated I drew red arrows to the charges. I explained this to her like a toddler I swear to God. But she wouldn't leave me alone? She kept just reverting my account to basic. She admitted to doing it in the email chains. She then removed my photo from my profile. it was like dealing with a schoolyard bully. So I asked to talk to her manager.

Then she acted like a complete child and banned my entire account. Not for a violation of any rules, but because she couldn't understand a basic request.
What kind of company operates this way? lol. I was polite the whole time. I was a long time, paying and active user of this service and owned 3 rooms. I didn't want to fall out with them!

This company is burning to the ground and no doubt they'll blame everyone else apart from themselves and the complete morons they hire.

horrible everything. they make it hard to find your subscription info so you cant cancel it, they send run around emails and never respond. they are thieves. the website and program are garbage. worst website ever since the start of the internet. i swear to god.

I keep on having problems with an operator in camfrog main room. Hes name is Aviator. He can do and say what he wants and doesn't get kicked from the room. He insulted me on where I'm from and He insulted my character. It is unfar that operators can get away with things like this. Aren't they supose to set an example? He has kicked me from the room several times because I stand up for myself. This is a very bad outlook for Camfrog. If this continues I'm going to delete Camfrog from ALL my devices.

To be honsent, Camfrog has lot of criticise but the truth about others using the site and enjoying them selfs they have ace customer services.

The products over price little so only giving you 3'stars.

I just buy - extreme membership 30 days, and just used 2 or 3 day than my extreme membership gone, I dont know what happen, I think they are fraud/ unsecured
