Giganet has consistently provided reliable service, and any issues encountered are typically related to City Fiber rather than Giganet itself. I am not pleased with the transition to a new company name, as I had hoped to continue my relationship with Giganet for many more years. However, circumstances change, and there is little we can do about it.

Hi, I'm writing to day to share our experience with "Hotpoint" about month ago we had Hotpoint, modification done on the dryer the engineer did the modification alright he broken the dryer he smashed the whole bottom of the dryer leaving 61 year old who depends on wheelchair and has serious illness with leaking water. If wasn't for the cares that taken care of the person he would be electrocuted. So we phoned HOTPOINT making complaint they carried out the repair this should be end of the fault with the dryer, this wasn't the case. The dryer was still leaking after they did modification now was leaking from heat exchange. So i called them again today asking when the part would be ready and was coming out to change it again. They refused to repair would cost the old man to have owns repair done. Gray who spoken to wouldn't allow us speak to manger so shame on you hotpoint.
If you want honest about OVH i've been with them for many years. I finally stopped hosting with OVH as someone gained access to the OVH manager, and OVH Support Ticket Request was opened and still hasn't been answered today. I've left there services found another provide.
They don't care that someone able to access our control panel clear all the data off the servers by pressing the reimage button.
They haven't commented to their ticket that open reason they are ashamed.
they know someone accessed the control panel without me knowing and when we called them up they didn't care part from just secure the account.
did that said give us call back after you done that we take the next step they didn't they just said now have access to your account again you can get everything back online, i thought about it and i thought now i'm just another number too them so i left their services. GOOD BYE hope you look at my feedback will not use OVH never again after was there fault my account was hacked as it was locked out by IP system but wasn't working that day..

You should have retrieved a full report about why this occured via our Security and Support teams.
OVH Manager is protected by a secure and encrypted login page, Client ID and password. The login attempts were authenticated against the correct Client ID and password. OVH also offers IP whitelisting rules and two factors authentications to provide that extra protection against potential unauthorised access, which were not activated in your case before this attempt but after.
OVH recommend our customers to ensure they carry out all steps to secure their accounts, and furthermore complete regular backups of their systems.
In this case we were unable to provide further support than advice and we're sad to see you leaving OVH due to this.
