I really appreciated that I had a hotel each night and my luggage was picked up and delivered promptly. I wish some of the camino was not so much on the road, my only thing that was not ideal.

The entire experience was fabulous. We were delayed due to flights from USA, but it was handled so well and we had rides to and from the airport. The baggage pick up and delivery each day was great. The people were kind and I will recommend you, and will also likely return!

we took 14 people on a fundraiser from Sarria to Santiago. Front start to finish arrangements were first class. We are booking again next year! The team were incredibly helpful and sorted out a few issues we had before the event. I could not recommend Camino Ways highly enough!

My experience in working with CaminoWay to plan a May Camino trip has been exceptional. They provided a detailed itinerary, are quick to respond to all my questions and when I had to add or adjust requests to the original trip, the response has been very positive and supportive.

I would like to highlight "Angela" in the Ireland Office for working closely with me in getting all the details lined-up. She is a great customer service representative with timely responses, welcoming questions and sorting through my specific requests.

We had a perfectly organised tour - 10 out of 10! We just enjoyed our walk and the surroundings! Accommodations that were chosen for us were superb and the food they provided exceptional ! No problems with airport/hotel pick up and luggage transfers!
The routs are very well marked and it is almost impossible to lose the way ! In case you wish to use navigation - the app immerse into your google maps and works properly! Personal thanks to Raquel, Tahnee and Angela - you made our experience effortless and smooth ! We will for sure use CaminoWays if we do another Camino!

Prior to my trip I had an insightful and very informative conference call with Gisa. Gisa helped me come up with a personalized itinerary that worked out perfect for my husband and I. The whole process ran so smoothly without a hitch. We were picked up at the airport and brought directly to our starting point. All the hotels were amazing with delicious meals, comfortable beds and friendly welcomes. Our suitcases were always waiting for us at our next hotel. From start to finish CaminoWays planned a perfect experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a Camino walk. Thank you !!

Camino Ways provided great advice and assistance for booking our winter camino at a time when lots of things were closed. The luggage transportation worked seamlessly. They provided timely responses to our email enquiries. The phone call at the start was very helpful to plan our itinerary. Overall I thought it was excellent value for money.

I feel as first timers we should have been advised to walk for 7 not 5 days - both my wife and I are over 60 so it was a bit of a push.
The meeting arrangements at each town were a bit confusing and cumbersome - probably better to provide a whatsapp contact direct with each hotel.
Also found some of the hotels disappointing - we paid for superior lodging - and the majority were quite away from the centre of each town.
Transfers and luggage transfers were fine

We loved our trip so much that we have already told so many of our friends about Camino Ways! Our accommodations were great and we had zero problems with any of them. All of the services met or exceeded our expectations! We had a fabulous trip and felt welcomed and taken care of at every stop.

This was my second trip with this company; the first sept 2019. This trip was over the same time period but very different vibe. 2019 had a welcome pack waiting for me my first night. Nothing 2025. I had hoped some of the awful hotels from 2019 would have been replaced or improved. I tried to keep an open mind but some were still terrible. And the reviews reflect it. So this company knows they are awful. I had expected by booking superior and their handpicked boutique hotels I would be safe from bedbugs. I wasn't. I had over 40 bites and found out I'm very allergic the hard way. Their initial response was well sometimes a bedbug comes in on a suitcase from transmitting. 40 bites is not one bedbug. It's an infestation. Their second response a couple of weeks later was to offer a 1 hr massage in Santiago. It was an excellent massage but it no way made up for the 2 weeks of unbearable itching, swelling and red bites prominently visible on my face neck and arms and the overall discomfort of all the bites covered by my clothing left me feeling diseased and ugly. I was disappointed in Camino Ways. I would not spend the extra money with them again. That said. The Camino Frances and Finisterre was a wonderful experience. And the Camino Ways staff were always reachable via whatsapp and I felt supported in every other way except for the bedbugs.

Not knowing anything, they were very instrumental in getting our way with what to expect in El Camino.
It would’ve been nice if someone had contacted us during the walk just to see how things were going or if we needed anything, just as a suggestion for a good customer service.

The hotel selections were superb - comfortable, clean, friendly, with delicious breakfasts, and often, wonderful dinners. The luggage transition was seamless and the daily trip directions on the app were very helpful. I would recommend Camino Ways to anyone looking to walk the Camino.

Great experience for my first Camino. The organization of the hotel bookings and luggage transfer was seamless. When reaching out for additional information on traveling by train or bus, the support was lacking and I was bumped to research online. I expected more customer service for supporting their organization. Overall, great experience, excellent accomodations and seamless transitions, daily.

Camino Ways was very dependable . Our luggage was always at our hotel on time and our accomodations were great.
