Bought my first gaming pc from them, super easy to set up and runs smoothly, highly recommend them to anyone looking for one.

Quick delivery and well packaged. Four stars instead of five because some parts were replaced with equivalent hardware to speed up delivery which changed some IO availability.

I had some questions about upgrades, and the team was super helpful. They guided me through the entire process and even followed up after my purchase. Thank you.

The PC works well,but the delivery took longer than expected. Customer service was polite but a bit slow to respond.Overall, a decent experience, but it could have been smoother.

Got a great rig for a good price! Staff were quick to get my order shipped out and communicated well. Couldn't ask for more.

I can't get the Bluetooth to work and no one will not reply to my emails asking for help getting it to work.

Everything went well. Ay questions were answered nicely. Glitch at the front end using a credit card.. Very happy with packaging and new pc is great.

Canada Gaming Computers hooked me up with my 1st gaming PC, the specs of this PC os top of the line.
Some of my friends advised me to steer away from pre-built PC's, but Canada Gaming Computers hit this one out of the park, quick shipping to Remote Nunavut was a big deal.

Bent front of computer case, no updates for multiple days on shipping times (still didn’t get an email reply back) had to track manually.

The pc i ordered is okay but they offered me 2 games compared to someone that were offering warhammer worth 150$ and after purchasing and several times asking them they are sent codes for games named high life and terria or whatever they called. I am not going to use them if anyone want code for those let me know

They shipped me the computer late despite their same day shipping advertising, it went out two days later and I know this from Canada Post shipping label. No big deal, but I had to contact them and they weren't truthful with me and only created a shipping label late that day only because I had called and they told me they shipped in afternoon. Computer did not look like picture on their website and was missing LEDs on top fans, when I contacted them they told me the one I ordered did not come with those LEDs but no options or information on their site indicating that. Also its not very upgradable despite saying so of what I read on site. I thought it had al least two M.2 drives, it doesn't and I had to upgrade to a lousy 2 TB. I found the website to be a misleading not to list more information. Afterwards pulling trigger I knew I made a mistake and received less computer for the money I paid. They also shipped computer without a power cord and had to drive into town 22 kms to get one. They did reimburse me some money but I was in no condition to travel after being in hospital for 3 weeks it made it even more of a miserable experience. Not sure what's going on with this company but my first thought they were not very professional or organized. One of the reviewers thought it was a scam before she got hers. They also ignore emails they don't want to answer. I regret my purchase and wouldn't trust doing business with them again. Restocking fees are also charged and you pay for your own shipping if you send it back and that is unacceptable to me. This is only my experience and can't talk for others but I regret my purchase and dealing with them.

Excellent online gaming computer, the performance of it was amazing! Packaging and shipping were good. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was because of their customer service, not the product. I had a few hiccups with receiving all my items and their customer service was very slow in responding. However, I eventually received all my items and compensation for the hiccups. Customer service was very friendly.

Top-notch build and excellent customer service. It's my go-to for high-performance PCs.
