Product and staff were great.
Only complaint was lack of clarity during the booking process in regards to the "Northern Surcharge".
Was not made aware of it until the check in process a few days before pickup.
This surprise equated to a 60% increase in my original cost.
I booked completely online so perhaps having talked to an agent before hand this may have come up.

RV came fully equipped with the extras we asked for, kitchen kit, bedding kits, toaster, coffee maker.
RV was clean and everything worked except the coffee maker and they said they would have replaced or re-funded the cost. Pick up and delivery went smoothly
Overall was a fun experience for our family and would rent from them again.

One way Spring road trip to Edmonton from Toronto
The overall experience was great. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. The Class C camper we rented was brand new! Everything was spotless, and everything worked properly. The fridge, stove, and heater were excellent. Bathroom was a bit tight, but that was expected. The propane water heater provided ample hot water for showering. Just be aware that the large V8 engine uses lots of gas, so be ready for a shock when filling it up!

Liked the campervan
I have rented many motorhomes from different companies throughout the years. I enjoyed the campervan, perfect for two people.Easier to drive and park in cities. The only issue I had was with the one burner on the stove not working properly. The other issue I have is with the business. Why do you charge $100 to pick up the motorhome a few hours earlier? To me it doesn't make sense, just an excuse to add another charge.When I dropped off the motorhome I had to wait half an hour to get served even arriving at the schedule time.You should reimburse the $100 I paid.

Just like hotels, we have standard check-in and check-out times to help us get RVs cleaned and ready for the next Guest. The early pick-up fee helps cover the extra work needed to enable a Guest to pick their RV prior to our normal pick-up times.

Excellent Experience
The service we received during booking, collection and drop off was great. The quality of the RV was excellent and although we had a small issue this didn't detract from our trip. We had to call the support number during our trip and the service on this call was excellent.

I was charged 100% of my costs for a cancellation, 10 days prior to my pickup. I paid for the upgrades and it seems crazy to be charged for lawn chairs, cutlery and linen.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you had to cancel your reservation. All travel suppliers have published cancellation policies and it is important to be aware of these. In our case bookings cancelled within 14 days of pickup are 100% non refundable. We strongly advise that all Guests have third party trip insurance to cover cancellation should an unexpected event arise and we suggest you check any cancellation coverage (such as credit card benefits) to see if any refunds may be available.
