Great rental, I will definitely do it again.

RV came fully equipped with the extras we asked for, kitchen kit, bedding kits, toaster, coffee maker.
RV was clean and everything worked except the coffee maker and they said they would have replaced or re-funded the cost. Pick up and delivery went smoothly
Overall was a fun experience for our family and would rent from them again.

From start to finish CanaDream we're brilliant! Perfect communication, easy collection and drop off Trevor in Edmonton was brilliant at collection and the Vancouver team were perfect for drop off! The relocation deal was amazing. Thanks again and would definitely recommend!

With my annual trip, Jasleen and staff had it ready to go. Unit clean and working excellent.

Very happy and staff is friendly and efficient during their busy days and keeps me returning yearly.

The overall experience was great. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. The Class C camper we rented was brand new! Everything was spotless, and everything worked properly. The fridge, stove, and heater were excellent. Bathroom was a bit tight, but that was expected. The propane water heater provided ample hot water for showering. Just be aware that the large V8 engine uses lots of gas, so be ready for a shock when filling it up!

The staff on the phone line and in the office was excellent to deal with,,,, courteous and very knowledgeable.
The motor home itself was in great working order, well serviced. It was clean, well stocked and in lovely condition.

I have rented many motorhomes from different companies throughout the years. I enjoyed the campervan, perfect for two people.Easier to drive and park in cities. The only issue I had was with the one burner on the stove not working properly. The other issue I have is with the business. Why do you charge $100 to pick up the motorhome a few hours earlier? To me it doesn't make sense, just an excuse to add another charge.When I dropped off the motorhome I had to wait half an hour to get served even arriving at the schedule time.You should reimburse the $100 I paid.

The service we received during booking, collection and drop off was great. The quality of the RV was excellent and although we had a small issue this didn't detract from our trip. We had to call the support number during our trip and the service on this call was excellent.

- Cancellation Policy -

I was charged 100% of my costs for a cancellation, 10 days prior to my pickup. I paid for the upgrades and it seems crazy to be charged for lawn chairs, cutlery and linen.

Excellent rental again.
Perfect RV for our 6 week cross Canada trip.
The only thing is the RV we rented had marginal support for Android Auto.

Team Canadream! We found ourselves chanting this whenever we saw fellow canadreamers. Experience was overall great. A few mishaps but none we weren't able to overcome. We originally couldn't get the stove lit because the instructions were slightly different than reality but eventually got it going. Propane faulted out the generator for a moment which made us leary of using the water heater but it eventually worked itself out. The RV was clean and handled like a dream. It was perfect for our trip to Banff and Jasper. Plenty of space for the people we had. We opted for the linen package which served us well during our many swims. We couldnt find a dump facility, which caused us to be late for drop off but they didnt charge us for either! Excellent customer service. 10 out of 10!

The truck was brand new (2025) and so was the camper (2024). Both were fantastic and had zero operating issues (other than the gray and black tanks reading much more full than they actually are). The website was easy to use, and check in/out was very straightforward.

My only two issues are 1) that there was a camp chair add-on selected that I didn’t want, and both the website and the staff person at check-in were unable to remove it from the booking. So I paid $16 for a chair I didn’t need or want.

The second was that they had forgotten to turn on the fridge before we picked up the unit so a bunch of our food that we came prepared with spoiled much easier/quicker then it should have.

At checkout I was charged an additional $130 for being 262km over the 1750km I purchased with the plan, which is fair, but I figured they could have at least taken $16 off the charge as I had given them 7 days to figure it out. We also had completely cleaned and drained the unit as a show of good faith even though I paid for the drop and go package. Oh well.

Overall the truck/camper itself was top quality and high performing.

Everything from pickup to drop off was pretty darn painless. You'd think renting a giant driving apartment would be a pretty tricky process but it went well! And the RV was very well taken care of. I can't think of one thing that wasn't great
