Brittany did a marvellous job during the booking process. She helped us choose the best options of all the services you offer.
During pick up the staff was very friendly and had answers to all our questions.
We received an almost new RV and it was very clean. We even got one extra pillow and blanket.
When we had a problem with a leak in the bathroom and had a question about the northern surcharge, we got instantly an answer.

Everything in our RV worked. No issues!

RV unit was well maintained and no issues driving. Some wear and tear on the living space but that's expected. Only concern/issue was the pickup process time frames and length of getting they unit to hit the road. Not sure why times are so limited for pickup (no matter how far in advance the actual unit was booked, pickup times setup 5 days in advance, with times not in line with holiday plans) then with 30+ units in the parking lot, it took quite some time to get a unit ready for the next customer. Ideally it would be like a car rental where it's literally a five minute process to confirm identity, confirm minor details then just take the vehicle. But once we hit the road, it was a really fun way for our family to tour Nova Scotia, everyone had a blast! Drop off was easy and straight forward.

Perfekt Check-in and drop-off, friedly staff. Great RV, well equipped. Everything was working fine. Fair condition : no refill of gas.
Good instruction manual in german.
Only ( Little ) problem: we couldn‘t get Apple car play start on media screen.

Great experience with minor annoyances.
The RV was great, clean and everything in working order. The refrigerator was large, even too large, all the products would slide off the shells into the doors. It needs more racks to secure products and large bottles. The frying pan was useless and everything would stick to it so we bought our own non-stick pan for C$ 6. And the smoke detector was way too sensitive. Cutlery too limited, only 2 forks and 2 knives for 2 persons.

We loved our Canadream adventure! The unit was sparkling new and in great supply. Our comfort level was 10/10. The freedom of being able to go where we wanted and stop when we needed to nap, eat or spend the night was amazing. The company was great and the while experience was top notch.

The Rv was in optimal condition. The customer service was excellent. Will definitely do it again.

Easy pickup and Return, Service also helped us very quickly when we locked us out of the Camper!

The staff we friendly, efficient and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The vehicle qas spotless and well equipped and there was a comprehensive handover.

Great checkout experience… the walk through is very helpful for first time RVers

The campervan was almost new and in very good condition. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the service whilst on the road was excellent. We had a faulty awning and received immediate assistance. All in all, very good.
Constructive criticism:
Refuelling: The fuel tank was half-full when we collected the campervan and had to be returned in the same state, which is a bit complicated. Why not simply return it full, as with hire cars?
Fittings:
Electricity when staying overnight without a power connection:
There was only one usable USB socket with a power supply, in an impractical location. It wasn’t possible to charge a laptop without the generator or a power connection.
The layout should have been better planned. There is little storage space for leaflets etc. with a rim to keep them in place whilst driving; there are no hooks, for example, for tea towels in the kitchen or a jacket by the exit.
The crockery in the cupboards also rattled about, even though some of it was made of glass. There are practical holders for that. The cupboard for pans under the worktop had no shelf; everything was piled on top of each other at the very bottom of the cupboard. The table was a good size, but the benches offered little legroom.
The designer of this campervan should be made to spend at least a couple of weeks on the road with a group of four. He would change a lot of things.
There were just the two of us and we had a good time, but having fitted out a camper myself, I was amazed at how this one had been designed.

The campervan was fully prepared. The office had our reservation all in order. All insurance and other items were fully explained to us.

Had a fine experience with our Coachman van.
It was like new and we had no problems with it after driving nearly 2500 miles around Nova Scotia
Returned with no problems.
Would definitely rent from them again.

Everything as advertised, or better. Very new vehicle. Clean, ran great.
