It was indeed a wonderful experience
It was indeed a wonderful experience. The RV was very clean and the supplied kitchen kit and linen kit were indeed of good quality. I was afraid that they will bring is cheap stuff but that didn't happen.
We detailed documentation about everything in the RV and we had also the 24/7 road assistance. Luckily, we didn't need that.
Having said that, I have one comment: the pick up time is late after 1 pm and the drop off is too early before 10 am. Factoring in that cleaning the RV really takes time (in case you don't pay for the drop and go option), this like wastes one night. I'd appreciate if they can allow for a bit later drop off time with no charge.

Rv rental august 2025
Nicely equipped RV with lots of space due to slidouts. A simple coffeemaker/Frenchpress would have been good, as well as a dish track and brush.

It seems Canadream has a different understanding a complete delivered Service.When generator of the RV ist not wirking, they simply forget to say an if you finf out during handover tey simply say it is optional. No refund , nothing.

While we do our best to ensure all features are operational, we don’t guarantee generator functionality, as not all of our RVs are equipped with them. That said, we want to reassure you that the core functions of the RV remain unaffected. The only components that require external power are the A/C, power plugs, and microwave. Fortunately, USB outlets are available for charging electronic devices without needing a an electrical source.
We also see that you received a private message from our team, and as a gesture of goodwill, were offered a refund for the difference in cost between powered and non-powered sites—provided receipts were presented at drop-off.
Despite the non-working generator, we hope your time in Canada was filled with memorable moments and beautiful experiences. It was a pleasure having you as our Guests.
Great RV, but awning may not be used
This was our first time booking with CanaDream. Everything went perfectly. Pick-up was problem-free, the staff were competent and friendly, and the motorhome was fantastic. Returning it was also easy.
There were two things we didn't like so much, though:
There was clearly a lack of amenities. Everyone only had one fork, one knife, one cup, one plate, etc.
This meant we were constantly washing up.
One of the main reasons for renting from CanaDream was the awning on the motorhomes.
However, the rental company forbade us from using the awning.
If we had known this beforehand, we would have rented a motorhome without an awning from another rental company for less money.

Brilliant RV holiday
An excellent experience from start to finish of a 5 week Canadian adventure! Had a small electrical issue which was dealt with promptly, excellent staff and top notch RVs! The guy who dealt with us at the Toronto branch (sorry can't remember his name but I think he was Swiss) was excellent and explained everything brilliantly.

Our first holday trip with a RV
It was our first holday trip with a camper van. It was a great experience. The RV was fully equipped and very comfortable for the two of us. We've enjoyed it very much. The CanaDream staff is very friendly and helpful.
Only one detail we didn't appreciate: The bright grey summer duvet was too fuzzy. The van and our clothes were full of fuzz all the days of our tour.
But overall it was a great trip and we can fully recommend CanaDreams.

Had a great experience picking up Rv everything explained and was super clean and well stocked was easy to drive
My suggestion is that every RV have a step stool as hard to reach items if too high. Had drinking glasses but could not reach. Please please get stove knob locks.
As a short person everytime I reached above stove I accident turned on propane, small children could very easily turn it on also. Other than that had a great time and great memories

Highly praise CanaDream. We hired an RV for a week out of Toronto. Great communication before the trip using the website chat. Easy to collect.
