We had a great experience
We had a great experience. We got picked up from the airport with a free baby seat and taken to our hotel and then back to the airport a few days later. Cancun airport is busy. If you can’t find your representative holding their sign, go to their office across from margaritaville. The staff was helpful and communicated with WhatsApp for updates and confirmations.
Drivers were attentive and professional.

Scam
Scam. They promise no waiting which is not true after 25. I can get over that though. On our return they never showed and told me I did not confirm with them. After showing a screen shot of me confirming 4 days prior they switched their story and said "Sorry, there seems to have been a misunderstanding. We suspended the reservation in order to be able to guarantee the service on another date. An apology." We then waited 45 min for another car to come before ordering a not.al taxi to take us before we missed our flight. There are plenty of services our there, skip this one.

Dropped off at wrong hotel
We waited at the Cancun airport for over 30 minutes for our shuttle. A White unmarked van took us to our hotel, but dropped us off at the wrong hotel lobby in a group of four or five Iberostar properties. Once inside, we were told we didn’t have a reservation and then realized we were dropped off at the wrong lobby and had to be transported to the right one by the hotel staff.
I also paid an upgrade for drinks in the shuttle and we didn’t get any.
With the return transfer to the airport we were told immediately by the driver that tips are not included basically to let us know we needed to tip him which we knew but I thought that was not good manners.

Fast and reliable
An agent was in contact with me very quickly and was able to set up a reservation for us in less than 24 hours. The only downside was that there was confusion on where the shuttle was going to pick us up at the airport. I contacted them again via WhatsApp for another quote and did not receive a response. Otherwise, the customer service and driver were great!

Terrible

The transfer from airport to resort was…
The transfer from airport to resort was rocky because they said they ordered a driver then one came and he said no so they got another one but didn’t offer drinks or take us to the store as we paid for! The pickup from resort back to airport was good no issues?
