Absolutely outstanding service and quality!
We have been incredibly impressed with the customer experience. The products are long-lasting and smell amazing. Exactly what we were hoping for and more. Communication was fast, professional and friendly and our order arrived perfectly packaged and on time.

Ordered a 16 litre Wax Melter. Wanted to test properly before leaving a review. This Wax Melter has been an absolute game changer for my business. What used to take me a week to make now only takes 1 day! Website was easy to use and delivery was super fast. Happy customer 😊

Awful company, sell faulty products and scam people out of money. Having to go through the bank to get my money back as their customer service is appalling.
Avoid at all costs. It’s a “business” ran by 2 sisters at a building for start up businesses… they don’t know the first thing about business, only how to push the blame back onto customers. Claim to have a legal team too which is hilarious - whatever they have going won’t make it another year.

Paid £178.29 for a wax melter that’s pretty much made of plastic and takes 2 hours to melt a small amount of wax. Absolute waste of money, have tried with parasoy, bees and soy alone and each time I have been extremely disappointed with the time it has taken to melt - I have tried adding small amounts gradually but the results are still the same. Now once the wax has finally melted, the tap is in the most awkward position meaning if the wax level is below approx 8cm, you have to tip the machine forward in order for it to flow out of the tap?! Awful design. The temperature of the wax NEVER reflects the actual temp the dial is set to. The tap constantly clogs shut too. Have spent less on much better equipment. It’s not even worth £40.00. Absolutely baffled that this company can charge such an extortionate amount of money for an awfully designed “machine”.

I purchased a Wax Melting Pot several months ago and within a short time, I noticed that the wax was heating to temperatures well beyond the set 60 or 70 degrees that I specified each time on the temperature dial. The actual temperatures were often reaching in excess of 110 degrees. I contacted Customer Services many times before I finally got a response, for which they asked me to evidence the issue using video. I did, and sent this evidence back to them in March and have since chased their response regularly and to no avail. They do not have a phone number for customers to reach them. I had to use both email and Facebook Messenger to communicate, and these appear to go into a black hole. Very frustrating. I have now requested a refund and yet again - no response. Perhaps they will be courteous enough to respond to this review?
