Better late than never.
In September 2023 I fell foul of this Danish company who took £52.90 for a subscription I did not take out, did not supply any goods, and only offered 50% refund when I complained.
Fast forward 6 months and Sarra of customer service contacted me again with a promise to give me a full refund...
However I am required to give a positive review in otder to get the refund.
So: I applaud Sarra for taking charge of my complaint and finalising the refund within 5 to 7 days.

This shop is fraud
This shop is fraud. I ordered a Shop rack for 9.99 which never arrived. instead they took another 63 € from my credit card some days later. You have to block your credit card immediately! fortunately the card company accepted my disput.
