It was really easy ordering from Candy's Cupcakes, there is a great selection, including mix and match options, and I tried all the different flavours I bought and loved them all!! The delivery was also straightforward - I had regular updates, the cupcakes were delivered exactly when I expected them and were packaged perfectly in a branded box with cupcake inserts and extra tissue for protection from damage. Great product, great service and I will definitely be buying from Candy's Cupcakes again!

I am a coeliac and I order gluten free cupcakes from Candy’s. The cakes are light, fluffy and really tasty. It certainly doesn’t feel like I’m missing out when I order.
The delivery is always on time and I earn points each time I order.
When you are a coeliac you have to put your trust in the person making food for you, I trust this service 100%.

Delicious product well packaged and well worth a visit for a treat. I wouldn’t buy a cake in a jar from anywhere else. Every one enjoyed these in my family

This was the first time I ordered cupcakes and was very happy to find Candy’s Cupcakes. The company offers a large number of delicious looking options. I ordered 12 of the mixed yellow and chocolate cupcakes with pink roses formed out of the frosting. The book club, with 2 celebrating birthdays, loved them. Moist, flavourful cakes with just the right amount of frosting. They were securely packed and the delivery company delivered them safely and on time. Thank you.

A smooth process from start to finish. I ordered 12 cupcakes before 3pm and they arrived the next day. They were absolutely delicious! Well packed and in great condition. I will definitely be using Candy's again soon. Absolutely brilliant and I'm more than happy to recommend!

The cupcakes I ordered for my dad’s birthday way in advance to arrive on the 28th May unfortunately didn’t arrive on time and were a week late (arriving today on 4th June) due to problems with the delivery company DPD which seemed to have lost my package which is the only downside. When I emailed Candy’s Cupcakes they were fairly quick to respond and send a new batch which was good. My dad didn’t mind them being a week late and said the cupcakes were delicious though which was really positive! Next time however because of the delivery issues and the fact I live down south instead of up north I will just stick to places that are nearer to avoid more complications with delivery in order to have my delivery come on time. But the only reason I ordered from this place was due to the advertisements and how delicious the cupcakes looked on the website too which in person seemed to have lived up to expectations!

The cake in the tub proved to be an excellent purchase. Its price was truly great, offering wonderful value. We were pleased that the delivery arrived precisely on time. Furthermore, the taste of the cake was exceptionally great. We thoroughly enjoyed this delightful treat.

I work and live away from home so needed somewhere that would deliver cupcakes for my Mums birthday.
Candy's Cupcakes did the job. Ordered on their website a few days before the Bank Holiday weekend and were delivered the Tuesday right on time. Will use them again for sure. Oh, and my Mum loved the cupcakes, begrudgingly sharing them with my Dad!!

The cakes were amazing. Although some came out damaged in delivery i got credit to spend online. So turned out well. Had my cake and it was awesome.

I bought these as a thank you for the estate agent and they told me the cakes went so quick and everyone enjoyed them. A good choice 👍 thank you so much x

I ordered for my daughter in law for her 30th after not realising when I put delivery adress it changed shipping adress to mine after a number of mishaps I recieved them mainly my own fault however thank god I did as they looked like something I'd buy out of aldis for a fiver aldis looked better 30 pound I paid deffo won't order from here again

Beautiful cupcakes and taste delicious but didn’t travel all that well!

Don’t trust this company if you’re ordering from London. Their delivery is terrible. It’s comes from a different city, which is terrible for perishable goods. The cupcakes came all smashed. They did not deliver it at my door and left the box in a random place in my building. I contacted their customer service because it was taking long too deliver and when they informed me the parcel was left in the parcel room, it was too late. I ordered these for a special occasion and wasn’t able to find a replacement in time. They completely ruined the celebration and their customer service is awful. Very disappointing! I recommend you buy from Lola’s. Much better customer service and delivery.

Amazing service!!!! Ordered a cake for my other half’s birthday but needed it for next day…not only did it arrive on time as stated, it was in Perfect condition and looked great 😊 easy to order, good communication from delivery company they use (believe it was DPD) and cake was very fresh and delicious!!

Excellent service. Sent cupcakes to my Twins at separate universities for their birthdays. Both arrived when stated and apparently were delicious (not that I got to taste them 😂)
