I love Candy's Cupcakes. My kids attend Uni overseas and I love surprising them with these delicious treats. Candy's never disappoints, always on time and always delicious! I recently had an issue where the delivery got damaged during transport and could not be delivered on the original date. I let Candy's Cupcake know and they responded within minutes. They resent another package to my kiddo within 48 hours of the incident. Highly recommend this bakery!!!

I ordered cake to be sent to my sister and her husband following a house move. It was delivered on time and they thoroughly enjoyed it. Better than flowers.

We ordered 24 cupcakes for some very special people as a thankyou . Ordering online was straightforward , plenty of great choices for toppings .
We ordered on Friday at approx 3.45pm and they were for delivery the following Tuesday. I received an email telling me that my order was being made and were on track for delivery as planned .
I waited in all day Tuesday and nothing arrived , no cakes , no tracking , no information .
However having contacted Candy's Cupcakes , they assured me the order had been sent .
DPD were the problem !! and trying to contact them for information was impossible .
Anyway my order was finally delivered on Wednesday with no apologies or explanation from DPD.
CANDY'S CUPCAKES however were gratefully received and absolutely fabulous . Highly recommend 😊😊

I left it late to order a cake and found this company via a Google search for next day cake delivery. I ordered some vegan cupcakes for a big birthday for a family member and was very impressed. Delivery was super quick, packaging was lovely (and protected the cupcakes really well), and they looked exactly as they did on the website. They were delicious and tasted very fresh. Would definitely order from here again.

I ordered 6 cupcakes half red velvet and half vanilla for my daughter’s birthday, they were personalised. Delivery was excellent the quality of the cakes were perfect, fresh and packaged really well. I would use this company again and highly recommend them, from order to delivery excellent service.

Great cakes and great customer service. I bought some vegan cupcakes and the courier service tipped the box and wrecked the cakes. The customer service was amazing and new cakes arrived the next day, just in time for my son’s birthday. Thank you to the wonderful lady on the end of the email who sorted everything within 10 minutes ❤️

I ordered the 12 pack red velvet stranger things cupcakes for my 30th birthday party, they were all delicious 😍 they came beatifically wrapped and delivery was fast! Was very impressed and all of my friends loved the cakes. The price was reasonable for how many cupcakes you got as well, definitely recommend
