Priority is money not patients

Our experience has been pretty shocking. We cancelled an appointment because my father was on his death bed and he could have died while my mum was at the appointment. He passed away a few hours later. Management refused to accept this as extenuating circumstances and shockingly charged us extra to be seen. We will not be coming back to this place that clearly doesn't care about patients but puts greed and money first. Disgusting!!

Avoid at all costs, rude and poor service provided by this hygienist

Avoid at all costs and check for all the negative feedback as it reflects the reality of a poor customer service and rude hygienist we ever encountered. First off, payment in advanced without providing the service it says all. Then appointment was booked to suit our busy schedule and they delayed it making us to wait for 40 minutes after our booking and inside the room where the treatment was done was smelling really bad. No apologies given for the delay, rude behaviour from Mrs Anahita Zeinali (the hygienist) by asking simple question about the treatment trying to push a new price to the customer and being hostile in her answer. Poor incomplete treatment but was happy to charge overpriced £80 in advanced to basically do nothing but to put a polishing toxic fluoride cream at my kid’s mouth that made him sick with vomiting several times that day, also having terrible headaches and diarrhoea after we got home from this treatment, the table where the tools was placed was dirty and it could also be another reason why my son got an infecting there, we didn’t see any sterilised brand new tools so I doubt it was even cleaned after the last patient left, not mentioning the Irresponsibility for not advising her assistant to put the suction tool to remove the excess polishing fluoride cream from my kid’s mouth during the treatment allowing him without the option to spit out but to swallow it, also I could see my kid was having pain the way she was using the electric tart removal tool, she didn’t even bothered to first clean properly with the manual tools like all decent hygienist around London do, she never used the flossing like our 10 years hygienist usually do and she doesn’t clean the teeth prior swamping fluoride inside patient’s mouth, she was applying it and hurting his gum but still continued to use it instead of cleaning manually first and then using the other tools, it was disgraceful and painful for my kid, this place is not kids friendly or adult friendly at all. Lesson learned to never go for a new dentist or hygienist without recommendations from other experts. We only booked at this place because it’s was the only clinic with an available last minute appointment with this only available hygienist (within a day), big red flag, she was the only hygienist with availability with too many spaces available for the upcoming day and it says all. I knew that great professionals are always fully booked for weeks in advance so do the maths before running to the first corner to have yours or your families teeth done, my advice, and make sure it’s kids friendly because some people are not meant to work with kids at all. My six sense was skeptical to book it without knowing this place well but we decided to take the decision to give it a try and obviously with regrets, don’t do it do not worth it. Our 10 years hygienist uses 5 different cleaning process and she removes dirty manually prior using any electrical tools, and she is so caring and educated also highly professional and only charges £60 including a check up prior the treatment and she is amazing patience and polite with kids. I can guarantee that private treatment do not mean you will get high standard treatments, perhaps people working for the NHS dental care system are much better, more caring and gentle than those called private doctors and dentists. When you pay for a service you expect it to be pleasant, correct and professional not miserable and traumatising especially when there is kids as a patient. Lesson learnt to never use an unknown hygienist or clinic for last minute appointments and we should get a refund for not having had what we paid for. Be others person’s lesson when they read misleading feedback online because it can hook you to the wrong hands and potentially harm you more than help you with the problem you had or the treatment you wanted done to start with. First and last time to have that unpleasant poor customer service experience.
