Excellent customer service by all staff and very helpful with my query and issue, free of charge with my warranty. Also went out of their way to ensure a mechanic was available on a Saturday as I work during the weekdays.

The spare key should have been discussed at point of sale, a second key could have been supplied at a trade cost if required.
A second key can still be supplied should you still need one, please contact the Manager Aaron Perks who can arrange this for you.

Cmw were very good in all aspects. The car l bought is in very good condition, I am very pleased with it. Cmw looked after me as l took over ownership of the Ford Focus. I had a question about handling the wing mirrors. It was dealt with by the Chief Mechanic. Very happy.
