I strongly advise against Cantik Clothing. I paid €128.99 for an item I never received, including €25 shipping. Despite providing proof (from the carrier and my correct address), the seller refuses to refund me, claiming they are “waiting for the return” even though I never received the package. Customer service is non-existent: random replies, deleted public comments, and blocking on Instagram. Very poor experience, not recommended.

I'm just here to share with you all that this is one of my favorite online stores. I loved every single item I ordered. Top quality, attentive staff, I highly recommend it.

I found the jacket I'd been searching for for a long time on this site. The price is reasonable, the quality is amazing, and the service is fantastic. In short, I'm impressed with both the product and their service.

great service, got the clothes within 3 days

I returned a jacket I purchased in October because it was too small, intending to reorder in another size — but after my experience with this company, I won’t be. My return has been stuck in customs in the Netherlands for over a week.
I have emailed them, called them, and left messages on their social media platforms. They have ignored every one of my calls, emails, and posts asking for support. Both DHL and PayPal have also contacted Cantik Clothing, and the company has still not responded.
This is an extremely unprofessional business that does not appear to prioritise its customers or their concerns.
