I loved how the canvases arrived. I was really worried they wouldn't make the cross-country trip in one piece but these guys have it down. Expect a wooden frame with thick, sturdy cardboard as the outside walls. All secured with screws and an ingenious woven handle to carry your bulky, new canvas box around in. I will definitely be using them again for custom sized pieces. Thank you!

I needed a custom sized cradled panel for some artwork for a show. I did a search online and CanvasLot showed up as a source, so I placed an order. They were very responsive with my order as well as my request for a delay in the shipping of the product. The price was comparable to other sources, and the panels were beautifully made. I will be using them again for my cradled panel needs!

Product is good, but going to say even in the holiday season they responded back to a issue i had and found a solution swiftly. Very Professional Shawie from the company called about an issue i had, he addressed it swiftly and fix the issue i had.

The sale was very enticing (basically 2 for the price of 1), as the wood panels I needed were a non-standard size.
The wood craftwork was very good, equivalent or better than the panels I buy more frequently.
Communication was clear and attentive to a small detail I needed to clarify; the shipping information was precise and the two panels arrived on time.
The entire process was less than 2 weeks from purchase online to delivery.
Instructions in case of damage (to photograph everything and send within 48 hr) was reasonable to me although there was no damage in my case.
I am completely satisfied.

They put effort into shipping the canvases in a protective wooden box that would prevent most rough handling. They also have additional substantial corner supports in the large canvases I bought

The canvas is perfectly made; the canvas is taught and square. Great supports too. Nothing cheap or flimsy about it. The shipping “container” is exceptional and reusable. I will be a repeat customer, especially for special sizes and commissions. Thanks for a job well done.
