Its almost two months now no update on my case. No matter how many channels we try to reach them. Cap group is just showing how unreliable they are with peoples hard earned money. Its smooth as butter to deposit but when it comes to withdrawal they have been behaving like pure thugs. No reason given, no replies on email, no update on the case. I would never recommend anybody use this firm if your okay they not allowing you to withdraw. This is unacceptable, and I am escalating Ayr'Lp to this case for further action.

I would suggest that CAP considers adding more coins for staking and allowing users to track their staking earnings on a daily basis, similar to other exchanges like Bitrue. As I gained experience with Crypto, I explored numerous brokers, including Gemini, and others. Unfortunately, many of them had high commission rates or lacked essential features. However, one critical feature missing across the board was trailing stops. In my quest for a broker offering reasonable rates and trailing stops, I discovered CAP and FTX.US. After testing both platforms, I chose CAP due to its user-friendly interface, low commissions, trailing stops functionality, and attractive interest rates through their "earn" program. I'm extremely pleased with my decision, especially when I see the daily interest earned!

Dishonest, lying scammers
This is the third negative review of this company. 13/03/24 They have just responded to my 1st review and asked me to PM them. PM who? no details given. The phone number and e-mail they quote on the Trust pilot site are uncontactable.
This is typical of this company I have had over 132 calls in 2 weeks and yet they keep coming despite being told in the response to poor reviews they take my complaints seriously.
Its getting to the point they are pushing me to my limit enough is enough. Just check them out on the Financial Conduct Authorities website.

Invested 200 euros in November. Numerous phone-calls urging me to invest more. So I waited for a few months watching my investment increase past 5k. Yeeeessss. Tried to remove some cash just to make sure all was above board. Now the phone-calls have stopped and the whole site, not just my account have disappeared. Please learn from my experience.

This company will not take no for an answer. They bombard you you with unwanted calls. Legally consumers in the UK have a 14 day cooling off period. They chose to ignore this despite e.mails to them. They represent the worst of the industry They are horrible disgraceful people to deal with

BUYER BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
We responded to an advertisement in regards to investing, talked to an agent, created a profile, and given a person to speak with regularly in regards to investments. We initially made small deposits and saw returns. We withdrew a small amount ($50 USD) to see it worked and started making profits. We were contacted with a "deal" that they would match the amount if we put in another 500 usd, which we did. Last week (Tuesday) we decided to withdraw our profits and have been completely ghosted and today can no longer even see the web site. It has disappeared. My husband wrote a review here, which they responded to, saying they wish to resolve this matter. Funny thing is... no contact information was given so HOW CAN IT BE RESOLVED? If the company is going to scam people out of their hard earned savings why bother even replying?

THEN HOW DO I CONTACT ANYONE AT YOUR COMPANY?? PLEASE POST SOME LEGITIMATE CONTACT INFORMATION BECAUSE EVERYONE I WAS IN CONTACT WITH HAS DISAPPEARED.
If you do not wish to be reported as a scam then, by all means....prove that you aren't by giving all the people you've taken money from a way to contact a person.
