I spoke to D O to be precise and he stopped speaking to me , the reason is because I work silly hours and I'm too tired to be on the phone. I exchange some whatapp messaged as requested if I can male a small withdrawal and when we were discussing about setting up the wallet and me not completely understanding what he said D turned around and said he cannot continue like this and stopped replying
I called him numerous times on whatapp I had a shift that started after he started worked and messaged him to book a time to withdraw my funds I had no reply. I tried to use the contact us from message did not go through I contacted the person who provided me with the website and opened the account for me no reply
I even contacted the person who sent me the invoice for me deposit and I still had no reply
I'm sincerely dissapointed I understand if I am difficult to work it and if D can afford to ghost and go somewhere else is fine but I want my side back
I hope someone can contact me back and get to the bottom of this.

Complete and utter Scam
Before I start. The answer is yes, it is my own fault for falling for this scam. I write this review to hopefully stop others falling for the same rubbish.
Opening a trading account couldn't be easier, as long as you give them some money and proof of identity. That's where the fun starts. Within a very short period of time your account will miraculously gain in value due to their (non existent) A.I. Algorithm. Then your personal "financial Advisor" will try to convince you to test a withdrawal by using your bank account. Not happening pal! I insisted that the withdrawal should be Bitcoin via a secure wallet. Although plenty of reassurances from my so called Financial Advisor that it would, the transfer has been "pending" for weeks. There is a legal document page, but it is blank. Basically the site does not work. Stay well clear of these people. You will only lose your money!
I have also noted that all those reviews that are in any way positive are the only reviews these people have written.
In response to your response. I have emailed twice and been ignored. You have all the details you need on the withdrawal request. Wallet ID etc. Just take a look. Alternatively you can allow a transfer to PayPal as that is where I transferred the money from.
I await your reply as I will not be posting any details on this post.

One star is too many. They are very plausible, but they appear to be scammers. They have either stolen my money or given me wretched advice. Having encouraged me to pay out a four figure sum they then, through a third party, asked for more and when I wouldn’t pay, they insulted me and then ignored me. Do not deal with them.
I have read their reply. Would they please contact me by email. My emails to them couldn’t be delivered.

Can Action fraud and National cyber security find these people?
They were previously masquerading as ISA banking.
Certainly fraudulent and they don't stop.(Please see FCA warning register)
Please don't get involved with them
They are very intelligent and it's surprising that the police have not found them.
Super scammers they are.The address and phone number given doesn't work.Its such a shame for innocent people to plan for investment only to be scammed into taking loans with forged documents.Please beware!Until you are a victim,it all sounds like a meagre story.
The other tragedy is how they respond to reviews as below , however they cannot be contacted.Non reachable phone numbers after they have your money.What a horrific experience! Instead of replying I wish they would return my money plus whoever else they have scammed.As you can see the replies are quite questionable.No contact is provided and they continue to scam people.
