With no explanation the Blocked me for New Trades i made up to 232K Profit and iam still Waiting for explanation.
I try to Withdraw all my money and iam still waiting for that.
My personal Account Manager say to me everytime that he call me Back without any Information.
Now i‘am gone go to my attonrey and try to make some sort of Clarity….

I am waiting since 4 days for someone to help regarding a withdrawal. Nobody can help, already spoke with 6 employees. I don't recommend this platform at all. In case you have any problems the customer service is awful!!

I contacted Capital.com support because I needed to reactivate an old, previously deleted account after mistakenly opening and closing a new one. The support replied super fast, even though it was a Sunday, and helped me resolve the issue quickly and easily. They only needed a few basic details, and the communication via email was excellent
