My experience with Sharps was very well handled-from start to finish -the design ,survey & the fitting.Nigel Dryland was the fitter and he did an excellent job on both my bedrooms

I have had an excellent experience with Capital Bedrooms. After speaking to two "big brand" kitchen suppliers, one of which incorrectly measured the space in my kitchen and quoted me a high price for plans that were not utilising the space correctly.

Investigating a few independent suppliers, I came across Capital Bedrooms. They arrived to survey the kitchen space at a convenient time for me, gave me advice in-person and thought about the little things. They also gave me a competitive quote that was actually made-to-measure to utilise all the space available, rather than the standard sizes from the other kitchen companies.

When it came to fitting the kitchen, their kitchen fitters arrived on time and ensured that the kitchen was fitted exactly - even replacing some items which were damaged in transit the very next day.

The finish is great and of higher quality than what the "big brands" provide. I'm so glad I came across them and our next project will be the bedrooms.

We had wardrobes fitted in four of our bedrooms by Capital Bedrooms. Mac made it very easy for us with his designs to decide what exactly we wanted and I have to say we are very happy with the result, the excellent quality of the wardrobes and the A Class workmanship. Thank you guys!

The soft close mechanism on my sliding door was broken. Matt promised me that his workmen would come to fix this. Two men arrived at the time scheduled and were very polite, thorough with checking all the doors ran smoothly and professional with their work. They carried out the work efficiently and I was pleased with the outcome.

Very poor delivery and installation service carried out by unprofessional and careless people who scratched the walls of my flat and the wardrobe materials (doors, wood panels, and metal frame).
Also, the company put me in touch with a builder whom I asked to do other works in my flat's bathroom. So, he took the deposit, did some works for three days during which: (i) he messed up the pipes in the bathroom causing a heavy water leakage; (ii) he left scratches on the wood floor of my bedroom trying to cover them with filler without telling me anything; and eventually (iii) when it was obvious that he hadn't got the skills to do the job, he collected all his stuff and ran off with my deposit on a day when I was out of town and only my wife and my little son at home.
I asked Capital Bedrooms to give me the surname and address of this guy (as I only know his name) for pursuing him but they completely ignored my request.

Just as good second time around.
We used this firm for a fitted bedroom wardrobe a few months ago and were very pleased with the product quality and fitting. We therefore commissioned them to build an understairs storage unit, consisting of a coat cupboard and sliding shoe shelves.
This was a tricky bit of storage due to the precise measurements and the slope of the stairs. However, Capital Bedrooms did a great job in delivering a well fitted storage space.

We had our spare bedroom fitted by Capital Bedrooms. Wall to wall, floor to ceiling mirror sliding doors. We needed a lot of storage space and this has solved our problems. The guys are so professionals. Turned up on time and finished the job on time. They Tidied up after them. Nothing was too much for them!! We are so glad We came across this company. I went to the factory in Wembley and met the family. They showed me around and was very happy with what I saw. I had a coffee there too. Before I knew it the Job was done to a very high standard!! We would highly recommend this company. A BIG Thank you to Mac who came round to measure up and show us samples and all the guys at Capital.

We just had our loft converted by Capital Bedrooms. We were looking for a good, professional company to convert our loft into a home office.
The finishing is excellent, and the designers and fitters have done a remarkable job. They ensured all my office equipment, filing cabinets and stationary compartments incorporated well with each other. My desk was completely custom-made to my height and size with push to open drawers and doors which is a huge bonus for me.
I would not hesitate to recommend Capital Bedrooms.

My bedroom was fitted with modern styles and colours. I can highly recommend them. 4.5 stars from me.

DO NOT USE THEM . No service and cupboards are rushed job. Go somewhere else

I cannot comment on the product or the quality of workmanship as while placing the order on the confirmed written quote given to me, they informed that they have deicded to suddenly double the price for the exact same design!!! For no good reason. Upon asking the reason, they have disappeared. I'll be wary of dealing with such a business whose confirmed quotes don't hold, and who are in the habit of doubling their prices from what was originally quoted. So, you maybe left in a lurch as they may very well decide to do so in the middle of work!

Suggest going to established ethical business like Hammonds or Sharps whose quotes and warranties hold, and anyway are more competitively priced than this company.

I got in touch with Capital Bedrooms for a complete revamp of our bedroom’s storage capabilities. While the world moved onto built in wardrobes, we were still stuck with standalone cupboards. In our defence, that was pretty much the norm back in the day. Anyways, hubby and I were more in favour of sliding wardrobes as we wanted something that adds a bit of style to our bedroom, parts of which we were already redoing.
The designer visit went smooth and the sales team attended to us very well when we visited their store. We wanted a wardrobe with a mirrored sliding door but with a storage design that was durable and would last a while. That meant no use of glass inside the wardrobe but a set of cubby holes for storing knick-knacks and a couple of drawers. All of the remaining was to feature racks. What I really liked about the designer was that he was open to the way we wanted the interior design. This even after he let us know it was not the most efficient way of doing so.
The new wardrobes landed up at our home within a week of placing the order. The matte brown finish on the wardrobe was exactly how we asked for with the LED lights on the inside were a neat touch. But what impressed us most was the quality of service. The installers wrapped up the whole thing in under a couple of hours and were more than happy to answer my husband’s queries regarding the LED lights and sliding mechanism of the glass fronted door. Brownie points to Capital for such a dedicated and efficient workforce.

Capital bedrooms recently finished my kids bedroom with beautiful furniture and that too handling the intricate small space with such perfection is commendable. What impressed me was that they actually finished the job in promised time. All the staff that I dealt with throughout the process treated me really well. Good job done guys! Keep it up (y)

Just like any other newbie in the city, I too had a lot of problems settling down with my own apartment. And what was more difficult was to find a good furniture company that could solve the purpose of those dull and depressing interiors of an unfurnished apartment. A few of my friends recommended me capital bedrooms. So I took my own time to search through the websites, their reviews and finally decided to visit the showroom. The showroom itself had a such good mock ups that I felt like having them all at my place, haha, of course I couldn't . But their designers and sales people attended me so well and solved and finalises the entire thing in a couple of hours. I requested them to get the installation done at the earliest so that I start feeling a little at home in this new city and they exactly took the number of days they promised. For everything from their hospitality, their designs , the quality of the furniture, my own personal experience and their respect and concern towards the time and their clients, I must rate them excellent with 5 stars!

I recently bought a double door wardrobe and a queen size bed from capital and I am quite happy with their services. The apartment I currently live in is semi- furnished that needed some fixing and that's how I ended up with capital . Honestly I was pretty reluctant to choose it initially since I am new to this city and don't have much knowledge in this sector, but now that it's tried and tested , I can share my experience. They installed within the promised time and also I love the designs. It was all according to my choice that they understood and made it according to my comfort and convenience. Also I am glad that I could avail their free bed-side scheme with my order. I am happy with my overall experience with them. Thumbs up from my side.
