Amazing company and product
Amazing company and product. They do exactly what they say they will do. I have invested in about 30 loans with them and all repaid when they said (some even early!) and the returns I have earned are better than anything else I can find. I have told all my friends about them as it is such a good company. Most people need to know about this!

Excellent, low-risk investments with very decent returns
I invested so far in 5 loans of £1,000 each via CapitalRise and had nothing but an excellent experience. All loans were repaid on time, withdrawals landed on my account seconds after I clicked to withdraw them. Claire from the team was very helpful on several occasions. CapitalRise is very strict when choosing investment opportunities, as a result there are not that many offers but, IMO, among all P2P investment opportunities, the ones available on CapitalRise are some of the safest ones.

Great so far.
I was sceptical towards this business model at first, but after dipping my toes in the water in 2018, I’ve been more than satisfied. They are a professional outfit that signposts risk very clearly and is always quick to respond to queries. I have a number of investments due to pay out this year and may trim my position a little thereafter. If you can stomach the risks and understand what you are investing in, you will be in safe hands with these guys.

Been investing for over 12 months now
Been investing for over 12 months now, first investment has concluded and all interest and investment returned as quoted. No problems so far may it continue into the next months/years. I have recently been increasing my investment, only down side is the % dropping on the interest payments for new loans. I'll keep an eye on that in the future.

Last funding Kensington Park A was much to short (0.3 mio) for funding.
I started 1.00 pm sharp by the second!, already 85% funded. How can that happen? The last 15%, only seconds later, where fully committed when I filled in my amount of 750.-.
No fun, no funding.
In conclusion: For me at small amounts to be raised, I will not fund anymore in the future. This time I shall withdraw my wallet money completely.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to leave us valuable feedback, we really appreciate this. We are sorry that you missed out on this opportunity, it is quite rare for opportunities to fund as fast as this one did and although we were expecting high level of demand for this opportunity (given the prime location, relatively low LTV and high returns of this loan) we did try to be completely fair to all our investors and we decided to cap investments for this specific launch. For us as a platform, it is not the norm for us to cap investments, we have only implemented a cap once before for investors on our platform, but for this loan we felt that implementing a cap would allow as many investors to participate given the size of this raise (<£300k), and in fact over 70 investors were able to participate in this phase in saying that of course not all those that were interested (like yourself) were able to participate in this phase.
We truly were blown away with the response to this loan and how quickly it did fund, and we are fully aware that not all those who were interested in investing in this phase could not invest at present, however we have been capturing the interest from those investors who did miss out (these investors are indicating their interest via a wait list on the investment page) and we will make sure that they will have an opportunity in the future to participate in further construction draws in respect of this specific loan, as the total amount being raised for this loan is over £6m.
Just to make you aware that for development loans, it is the norm that these construction draws can be small (and they can range anywhere from £30k - £300k or more), it is out of our control how much a draw down request will come in for from the borrower as the amount that is drawn is based on work that has been completed on the development over the last month, supported by associated invoices of course so it will dependent on the costs incurred over the last month.
Our aim has always been to be as open as possible with investors, and as a platform we are constantly evolving so we would love to have a call with you to hear if you have any suggestions about how we should go about raising smaller construction draws.
