Do not use this company, our lawnmower has never worked properly and was even told by customer service when we rang them that they were having issues with this model!
We took it to a respectable local lawnmower supplier and repairer, he took one look at it and said leave it in your car boot and send it back to the supplier. He said that make of lawnmower is useless!
We sent it back and they said cables were crimped, having been incorrectly fitted under the folding handles, which arrived like that as we never had to put machine together and they refitted 2 new cables and cleaned the filter and said it wasn’t under warranty so they want to charge us £60 to return lawnmower!! They still have it because we paid £199 and didn’t want to pay any more for something that wasn’t working

Delivery in good time driver very helpful and polite machine just as ordered and collects leaves well only one criticism is that the collection bag is not easy to empty with the zip getting clogged with shredded leaves, but apart from that I am very please having only used it once.

Lady on telesales was excellent product arrived early.

Lawn mower is impossible to start, just like the first one. Our old Briggs and Statton starts first time, every time.
This thing is useless.

I ordered a scarifier, paid,and waited for delivery. No scarifier arrived. Phoned the company and was informed that they had cancelled the order because of a computer cliche. There is a process to inform you if the order is cancelled, this was not done. Poor service is the reason why I have scored one star

Very pleased with the fast ordering and delivery.
Took a little while to assemble the guards to the splitter, for me the instructions were abit sparse, however after abit of trial and error got it together.
As a suggestion it might be handy to number these parts with a sticky label?
I was not expecting a table to come with the machine, so this was a bonus, as it saves bending down whilst splitting the logs, however this is a very heavy machine and it will take two to lift in on and off. It would be great if the table had caster wheels attached as you could move it about without taking the splitter off the table when you want to move it. All in all I am very pleased with the performance of this machine and would recommend it.

Order system and delivery excellent. Assembly easy enough. Able to reverse it off the transporting stand with the help of a simple ramp and blocks under the stand. Still wondering how you advise it should be removed! I think you could add some runners to carry the front wheels when reversing off, and design the top frame to double as a ramp

I bought a lawnmower in June and found it difficult to start,especially when it was hot, after several attempts to rectify the problem, the machine was replaced without any quibble. The staff I dealt with were always polite and helpful.

It's the first time that I have used this company, but the swift & efficient way the order and delivery were conducted was really good.

Quick delivery from ordering and when I accidentally ordered the item twice it was all sorted out in good time. Didn’t get any email confirmation of order (hence I ordered twice) though I believe this was a computer glitch.
