It was not easy for me to give the information you need to registration the purchased item.it must be an age thing I had to get my daughter to help

The housing was cracked upon delivery but this hasn't affected performance. One of the nuts that secures the handle is constantly working loose and a substitute had to be found. Would be useful for a few spare extra nuts to be included. However the cutting action appears to be appropriately powerful.

Only had the Racing 400T mower a short time but it works well and delivery was prompt. The powered drive is very useful and the machine is not to noisy..

Easy to put together and so far it works very well. It looks and performs well so far. Thank you and its early days however I would recommend this mower

Very good cut, but beware of nuts being loose, back wheel fell off , nut not fully tightened ,but once up and running cuts well, looks cool in black finish

A heavy duty machine bit too heavy for a lady pensioner like me but does it job very good.the cord I can't manage have to get a man to pull it.getting used to it going so fast.but over all a good machine would recommend it

I would have given 5 but for the mix up with my order initially when I had to ring customer services questioning the delay in delivery. I was told it had been
damaged at the hub. Customer services were very helpful and my lawn mower finally arrived.

Very good service and next day delivery of a pair of chainsaw chaps. Very good value for money however I would have liked to know if they have chainstop material in case of an accident, for my own peace of mind.

Having been informed that I would receive notification of delivery date of new ride on mower ,the first I knew of it coming was when delivery man on lorry arrived ,said are you expecting a mower because if you are it’s on lorry and it’s very very heavy and don’t know how we are going to get it off.Luckily one of my sons were here, so myself (I’m 76 with heart pacemaker) my son and driver got up on lorry to try to get it off , after much heavy work it was decided to try and get it off of side of lorry with some wooden poles and lower it down to us it worked but can you imagine if it had slipped one of us could have been crushed.Your company were lucky this time next time you may not . Never again Roger Tutnall Bromsgrove
