Excellent Customer Service from Aaron O'Brien who investigated the problem with their spares supplier and took quick and responsive action to meet our requirements. Aaron also took on board the issues with cleaning and corrosion risk.

This was a replacement for a previous item ordered from this company. I had ordered the wrong size, so my fault, NOT the company’s. The lady I spoke with regarding its return was most helpful and was able to point me in the right direction for the product I needed. I have had dealings with this company in the past and have always found them to be very helpful. The product was dispatched very quickly, meaning I received it two days after placing the order. That is what I call service. Thank you Caple.

Difficult to deal with, unable to purchase the aerator on its own (probably £3)
had to purchase the whole kit @ £18, including the ceramic cartridge, which I carry in stock anyway! plus £9.99 postage. Outrageous.

Excellent service from Aaron and Caple, had an issue with our wine cooler (digits not fully displaying). Explained the parts required to resolve and we sorted out the parts there and then, speedy delivery and all resolved.

Extraction hood lasted 1.5years until the fancy control panel stopped working. Warranty claim for repair was a painful process with 3 attempts of repair until they approved control panel replacement. Then the induction hob burned out sending horrible smell in the kitchen. No warranty, obviously and been replaced by other brand. Waiting for the oven and fridge to pack it up so I can finally get rid of caple appliances on my kitchen. Not my choice, kitchen designer.
