Placed an order and 11 days later when I had not received it, emailed them to ask when I would receive it. They replied that they are unable to process the order and will provide a refund.
Why wait 11 days to tell me when I could have ordered from someone else in the meantime? Time will tell if I receive a refund or will have to initiate a credit card chargeback.

Keen pricing structure easy to order on line. Genuine product way cheaper than local suppliers. Only negative wad delivery took longer than expected and that on line tracking failed to work until goods had actually been delivered. Overall that said would use this company again.

It was an excellent experience from making an online order to delivery by post.

Delivery took far too long considering it's medication

Easy to find what it needed the payment went through quickly and arrived 2 day later.

Ordering is easy and, repeat orders even more so. Medication is always delivered promptly and is well packaged so that even glass bottles can withstand being thrown over the garden wall by an overenthusiastic courier.

For a Pharmacy that is a really bad service, A pharmacist is supposed to help with the wellbeing of the public.
I ordered some honey syrup, paid and received an email confirming my order but it did not arrived. Luckily my bank refunded me.

90253 order hasn't arrived. Email address on their website apparently doesn't exist. Tried messenger on Facebook but no response. This is my last hope to find out where my order is.

These are fraudsters and scammers.ordered peptac liquid never sent .then say they sent it then next morning they haven't because they don't even have the items in stock so that was a lie to start with and false advertising.emaiked loads of time and no response.sent this to my bank to get fraud team and police involved as they taking people's money and not sending the items and ignoring the customer as well.clearly stay away they take u money.just hope i get a call from my bank and get my money back r the police get it back for me because these will not give me my money back.
