What a find!

What a find! Discovered website, this company & this brand by accident whilst searching for a pair of trousers with a particular ‘look’. Received so much more than I had bargained for. Beautiful quality garments, beautifully made. Beautifully, carefully & thoughtfully packaged & exceptional customer service - all via email & text on this occasion but nonetheless each communication was considered & so well structured they felt personal. What has really bowled me over is the company’s philosophy and the sharing of their origins, intentions & goals. These are all imbued in both the clothes and the customer service. In all the years and experiences of buying online, this is the highest quality shopping experience yet - the process, the communication, the packaging and the excellent quality of the goods. Disappointing quality

Style is great, but quality is shocking, bought several things for premium prices only for it to fall apart after 5-6 months. Really disappointing as I had high hopes for this brand but won’t be buying again

Fast fashion quality for premium cost

The quality of almost all the items I’ve purchased from Capo has been abysmal.
Their only saving grace is their chino collection and shorts.
Jumper shrunk in the wash after one 30 degree cycle, the overshirt I purchased had fabric strands on the stitching and felt cheap.
This would all be fine if they didn’t charge premium prices.
There are many other brands that offer better quality for the price. Arne for example is excellent quality and the same type of items.
Don’t waste your money on this fast fashion brand charging high prices.
This applies to tops. Chinos are actually very good quality and fit.

The quality of the products are very…

The quality of the products are very poor. Ordered a pair of £125 trainers in September, they have hardly been worn and have a small rip round the top. Customer services have ignored my emails In my opinion you can get better quality cheaper elsewhere.

Never got order or refund

Ordered last year in July still not been resolved. Don’t reply to my emails. When they do they blame delivery company. Point is I haven’t got the clothes and they have not refunded or resent clothes…Stay well clear the customer service is shocking they just take your money and don’t reply when they are on the wrong.

I have ordered from this company 3…

I have ordered from this company 3 times now and have to say how impressed I am.
The quality of their clothes is amazing and their customer service is outstanding.
The orders have all been delivered very promptly and their communication is always very professional but friendly.
Would 100% recommend them and u will continue to order from them.

POOR QUALITY CLOTHING.

POOR QUALITY CLOTHING.
Purchased a pair of smart black trousers, worn 3x and the seem has started to split and elastic threads starting to split, quality of material is very thin. Sent picture to customer services who said it has been caused due to heat damage. Very disappointing, there are other similar reviews on trust pilot highlighting the same seam issue, at some point the company should take responsibility for a £50 item being defective due to low quality. I have had another item that went out of shape after one wash, again I believe due to low quality. No accountability from the company again. Will not be using again, would advise only purchasing if you expect one wear.

Received the wrong shoe size. Tried to get them returned but because I opened the box and used them 15 min I can’t return them. No commercial gesture done for their mistake🙁. My bf and I liked the brand but now Won’t reorder again from them

My annoyance is not just at this brand…

My annoyance is not just at this brand but yodel who delivered my parcel to an unlocked outbuilding. Customer service provided a proof of delivery to an outhouse a month later when I finally realised in the Xmas rush I was missing my items. I’m now £92 down n although they sent me a yodel non delivery claim I’ve heard nothing since. The clothes look great but I would never order again.

As this was a non-attended delivery and the parcel was left at outbuilding. Terrible experience with this company

Terrible experience with this company. I bought 2 t shirts priced at £35 each. I had a discount code so it ended up being £61 in total with free shipping.

The t shirts didnt fit right so I returned them both. I paid for the shipping label to send rhem back and sent them right away. I only got a refund of £50. So I have lost out on £11 i tried speaking to customer support but they were no help. I even screenshot my order.

I did place an even larger ordwr with them before I had sent my others back and I quite like the t shirts I bought. But I will be sending them back also as I dont want to give this scam company my business.

Edit*** in reply to capo reply, £4.99 wasnt deducted. £11 was! I understand ill pay the return postage im stupid.

The worst quality trousers I have ever received

Really disappointed with the quality and customer service from CAPO.

I’d had the trousers less than a week when both ankle zips burst and the stitching started coming undone. For something that’s barely been worn, that’s just not acceptable.

I sent photos showing the faults and instead of simply replacing a clearly defective item, I was told to fill out a returns form and send them back. For a product that failed within days, that’s a complete waste of my time.

Poor quality and poor aftercare. Wouldn’t recommend.

Capo - Chic, stylish and quality that's affordable

I've purchased two items so far from the Capo brand and I'm pleased to say that I have been extremely satisfied with both of my purchases. The first was a winter puffer back in October. The coat arrived in good time and I was impressed by the quality, feel and the exceptional warmth. The second purchase was a pair of trainers last week. Again my order arrived in a timely fashion. Great style, quality and comfort. I'll no doubt be making future purchases from the Capo collection.
