Great quality clothing and fits well

Great quality clothing and fits well. I have purchased a number of items including polo shirts, jeans, shorts and jackets and all look very smart. Delivery has always been quick as well. Would recommend this brand highly as it's very stylish and affordable.

Ignored Consumer Rights & Refused Replacement for Faulty Item

Absolutely appalled by the customer service and refusal to take responsibility from this company.

I contacted them regarding a pair of black smart trousers purchased on 26th December that developed a clear seam separation after just one wear — making them unwearable. I provided photos and explained the situation politely, initially only asking for a simple replacement, not even a refund.

Their response? A flat refusal based purely on the time since purchase, claiming they “cannot judge wear,” despite me clearly stating the trousers were worn once. They completely ignored the nature of the fault (a seam splitting is a quality/manufacturing issue, not normal wear and tear) and hid behind “store policy.”

What’s most concerning is their apparent disregard for the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states goods must be of satisfactory quality and durable. Faults within 6 months are legally presumed to have been present at the time of sale unless the retailer can prove otherwise. Store policy does not override consumer law — yet this company behaves as though it does.

The tone of their emails was dismissive, confrontational, and unhelpful throughout. Once they have your money, they simply don’t want to know if something goes wrong. Instead of taking responsibility, they try to spin the blame back onto the customer.

I approached them reasonably and gave them the benefit of the doubt — asking only for an exchange — but after this experience (and reading similar reviews from others), I genuinely wish I had avoided this company altogether.

Buyers beware: if something goes wrong with your purchase, don’t expect support, fairness, or accountability.

I have just ordered my 4th overshirt

I have just ordered my 4th overshirt. One that is coming i already have it in olive, this one is black. My other two are a thicker material. I am 69 and pretty slim but these shirts are great for me. they are very stylish and not over the top. They are a great fit, quality materials and i like the colours I also have two of the premier cotton tee shirts, white and stone and they are exceptional quality. Nice and thick for the winter. both the shirts and tee shirt on together look really smart. finished of with a nice pair of jeans and trainers. Excellent value for money and delivery is first class. No doubt be adding to my CAPO COLLECTION shortly. Allen.

Stock Replenishment

Being a loyal Capo customer, I am disappointed at having to leave this review. I have been waiting for your White Oxford Trainer to come back in stock in a size 8. After waiting several weeks initially, I emailed the customer service team to query when these would be back in stock, and was advised the beginning of February. I then emailed again for a specific date and advised stock was due on the 6th. I’ve checked the website all weekend and again today and these still have not been restocked. I wanted to purchase these for an upcoming day out but instead, I’m going to have to take my business elsewhere on this occasion. I like the way your products fit on me, but when an item goes out of stock, these are simply not replenished quickly enough, especially popular items.

Terrible service

Terrible service, absolutely terrible service. I wish I read the reviews before buying, I’m l at a loss and they aren’t doing anything. All they are saying is robotic answers. Do not buy!!!!!!!!

I have purchased multiple items from CAPO and each item has been great. On one occasion I was sent the wrong size which I returned and I received the correct sized item 3 days later. Their Overshirts are fantastic and have purchased a few of them. Can’t understand the negative comments regarding customer service as my experience with them has been first class.

Items not delivered and refusing to do anything about it!

I ordered a few items through this company for the first time, I requested that DPD deliver to my neighbour as I wasnt going to be in, DPD stated that they delivered to my other neighbour and took a photo of the property, this would have been impossible as the property has been vacant for some time, I raised this with CAPO who stated that they are not going to investigate as DPD have stated it was delivered, I have therefore paid for items which I haven't received and CAPO won't do anything about it. I have sent several emails asking for updates or an outcome but I am yet to receive a response, I definitely wouldn't recommend using this company and will be seeking advise from trading standards!

I have had to send one item back due to it being too big and it defiantly was not a medium but the exchange process was extremely easy and i was sent my replacement within 7 days
