Clear communication, fast turnaround, and great quality! This turned out to be the perfect gift for Mother’s Day!

The order process was seamless. I even had to change the address after I ordered and they were very accommodating.

I LOVE the print. However, It was left outside the spring door to the front door - it rained last night - I found the box at 6:30 this a.m. It was so wet, it had come apart. The bubblewrap didn't seal the print. I had to take the whole thing apart and try to salvage it by drying it with a fan. Perhaps these lovely works of art should be sealed in plastic prior to the bubblewrap. Carole Gary

Fantastic customer service with lightening fast response time!

Illustrators are paid peanuts: $2 for a job that earns the company $65. If you make one small error, they withhold payment. They operate without contracts, outsourcing to Latin Americans just to exploit them with brutal deadlines. They're total sweatshop operators and don't practice a word of the ideology they preach

Such a unique option for gifts! The flower options for bouquets and gardens is fantastic, the script for names is nice, and everything was so well received!

The product arrived broken (due to the carrier service) but the brand was great at communicating and customer service! Response was prompt and helpful. They sent me a new piece right away and it is so beautiful on my wall! I am obsessed with the colors and the frame is perfect. Lovely gift for my mom, I ordered in advance for Mother's Day and it got here really fast!

The process was excellent from start to finish. We were kept informed the whole way. It was incredibly easy and efficient. It shipped super fast and was packaged with great care. We could not be happier and I highly recommend this company.

I am writing this as a content creator for the company, not as a customer who has purchased the product. As a creator the brand was great to work with, super communicative with detailed instructions and scripts followed with constructive feedback. They submitted payment on time, nearly immediately. Would definitely be happy to work with the brand again.

My package was lost in the mail. I reached out to Capri to see if they could do anything about it on their end. William was very helpful and kind, and he ended up shopping another package out right away. This company puts the customer first.

Previously I rated my experience 5 stars, due to an awesome experience with William, from Capri's support staff.

Since then, I received my prints, and while they were fine, they were wrinkled, the frames weren't worth the price, and support since then has been terrible.

The price point comes with a ebook, which no one seems to know about, and the website cannot produce. This also miraculously cannot be sent via email. I have been waiting for an update my open case for this since it was submitted on Dec 11, 2025 (it is now March 4, 2026), and have only received the generic response that they are waiting on a response from the technical team, before they stopped responding a month ago, with the issue still not being resolved.

I do not think that William's review deserves to be downgraded, as his service was amazing, but this new rating is 100% justified. Lack of response, no issue resolution, and lack of communication has left a bad taste in my mouth, and for someone who once suggested to everyone to get this, based on customer service alone I am suggesting that they look elsewhere.

Edit after Capri Response: My issue is not resolved and I haven't received an update from Capri since Jan 20, 2026, regarding this issue. So, if it takes their "internal team" that long to try to figure out why a button isn't working, and to respond to a customer to give an update that they are still working on it, they have likely just washed their hands of it, and forgotten that the issue exists. No ticket number provided to me to track it by, nothing. If I could downgrade my rating to 0 stars based on this response, I would.

3 of my items were missing. Once your company answered my emails, which took almost 1 week, the order was successfully processed and delivered.

Capri Studios created such a beautiful, unique picture that is the center of my living room!

The customer service at Capri Studios is amazing! I placed a few orders throughout the holiday, not with a ton of lead time, and ran into shipping issues. The customer service team were so responsive in helping me confirm all the shipping and tracking details. Also, when I received an item and there was some damage due to the packaging, the customer service team stepped in again to help me get a replacement print. Everyone loved the prints and I just ordered 2 more!

I love it so much! Very good quality and very good communication! I’m ordering another one for my home in Tampa!
