Id problems. If you’re from Ontario you’ll have an issue with uploading your id to have a withdrawal approved. The site insists that there is a date issued appearing on the id. Ontario doesn’t put a date issued on a driver’s licence. The date of expiration should confirm that the driver’s licence is valid. Having to then upload a passport is the only work around. If you’re licensed to offer gaming in Ontario maybe you could update your policies to reflect what are the government policies in the jurisdiction rather than having customers jump through hoops to comply. Once the hoop jumping is complete there’s still a long wait period to receive funds. Enough of your excuses that you have to ensure security of the funds transfer process. Do the numerous other sites that process withdrawals with hours rather than days send their funds out without regard to secure transfers? I think not.

Avoid this casino at all costs
Avoid this casino at all costs. Their terms are completely archaic and designed to ensure you never actually see a payout. I deposited $5 and received a $25 credit, only to be buried under a ridiculous 30x wagering requirement. Even after wagering hundreds of dollars on table games, I found out they only count for a tiny percentage of the requirement. Even switching to slots didn't help because the "playthrough" is nearly impossible to clear.
In today's market, there is zero reason to play here. Competitors under iGaming Ontario like BetMGM and Party Casino offer near-instant withdrawals (often within minutes) and don't force a $50 minimum cashout.
Captain Cook's, on the other hand, forces a three-day "pending" period where your money just sits there. It is clearly a tactic to bait you into reversing your withdrawal and losing it all. If you even try to withdraw a small portion of your winnings, they reset the entire waiting period. This platform is nonsensical and has failed to keep up with modern standards. Save your money and go to a site that actually respects its players.
