Reliable & professional.
After being messed about by two other companies,Car.co was a blessed relief. Professional and straightforward from booking to collection.
Would be 5 stars but my collection slot was 8am-12pm & they arrived at 1.30pm.I wonder if they overbook because the truck driver said,
"It's always like this".

Pick up was brilliant
Pick up was brilliant. Driver arrived in the arranged time. He was courteous polite and very good driver as it was a bit tight. My car was a VW Passat and the driver said he was off to pick up on Ford Mondeo next but he wouldn’t get paid as much for picking it up as it was classed as a smaller car which I think is disgusting on the part of the company as these are the same class of car, which I feel is disgusting. Maybe the company should look after there staff as much as the clients. Apart from that, everything went really well.

Not much to say.
I had 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Car was standing off-road for over 4 years.
Engine started at second so the loading process was fast and without any issues.
Overall I’m happy, had no time and money to fix the issues around my car .
Now I have extra 400 and one more space at the front of my house :).

Very disappointed with my experience
Very disappointed with my experience. I clearly explained that my Jaguar had a suspected turbo failure, was a non-runner and had been recovered to a garage by the AA. Based on this, I was offered £1,000.
When the driver arrived, I was told the car didn’t start and the offer was reduced to £650, despite this already being disclosed. I was also told I would be charged £65 if I didn’t accept the reduced amount, which left me feeling pressured into agreeing.
I don’t feel this was fair and would advise others to get all offers and conditions confirmed in writing before collection.
