Great experience from beginning to end
Great experience from beginning to end. I needed to scrap my old Kia which had broken down at work. Very easy on line experience, the quote was better than any others I'd requested. Offered pick up date the next day. I had messages to inform me they were en route and he also rang to confirm time of arrival and once he'd arrived. Very polite and mindful of traffic as was in a company car park. Very efficient loading of the vehicle and thorough admin process. The payment was in my account not long after the car was taken. Excellent service all round. Thankyou.

Dealing with car.co.uk was a fabulous decision. The whole process went through very smoothly and I was kept informed about the pickup time by text messages and also a call from the driver. Their price was also reasonable compared to other scarp cars. Payment was made online within 10-15 mins. All in all highly recommended.

Waste of time
Had a collection booked between 8-12, nobody turned up and after 5 phone calls I got told they couldn’t reach the driver and it would be rescheduled for the next day between 8-12. Yet again nobody turned up, no information given about why. After ringing and 4:30 pm I was told the driver would be with me by 5:30 and nobody showed up.

Outstanding, cannot rate them higher. Really simple yet effective throughout, and when I had a query I was able to message via WhatsApp and got a response within 24 hours despite it being the weekend.
Also received payment for my car while it was still getting picked up so didn’t even have to wait for the money! Strongly recommend.
