You really cannot got wrong with free classifieds
I have sold my highly modified motorcycle last year and now my very special restomod 1st gen Mustang.
I can not fault the free classified adds and coverage simply brilliant. I was asked if I wanted to auction the car and valuation was ridiculous low as does not taken into account all the work that goes into a well built Restomod and when you know the value of your car stick to your guns and be patient.
I would always use car and classic classifieds, thank you.

Am happy with this site.
Was very easy to advertise with car and classic. Had a lot of silly offers in the messaging service which you would expect but the person that turned up was very interested in keeping the car in the good condition that it was in and was very easy to deal with. We came to a deal that we was both happy with and they drove it home the same day.

Misleading listing and very disappointing experience
I purchased three vehicles through Cars & Classic auctions: a Cadillac, a Moto Guzzi, and a BMW M3 Cabrio.
Out of these three purchases, only the Moto Guzzi was as described and in proper condition.
The BMW M3 Cabrio has a non-functioning roof, which was not disclosed anywhere in the auction listing.
The Cadillac is an even bigger issue. It was presented as being in very good, drivable condition, with only minor electrical issues on the windows. In reality, the car is an unfinished project in very poor condition and far from what was described. The photos made the vehicle look excellent, but what arrived does not match that at all and gives the impression that the listing was misleading.
I attempted to resolve this situation in a calm and reasonable manner. However, Cars & Classic redirected me to the vehicle owner instead of taking any responsibility. If I had known or dealt directly with the owner, I would have inspected the vehicle in person before purchase.
The fact is, I paid the money to the auction platform based on the listing and photos they published, and I believe they should stand behind the accuracy of what they present.
This experience has left me feeling misled, disappointed, and without any real support or solution.
I want to warn all potential buyers: do not rely solely on the photos provided in auction listings. Arrange independent inspections and verify everything in detail before committing.
I am sharing this to make sure others do not go through the same situation as I did.

The whole process was efficient and problem free. Photographer was thorough and sales team produced an excellent profile.
Funds were transferred instantly upon acceptance by the buyer.

Very pleased
Being able to advertise for free on a nationwide site and renew advert when time period up. It took 6 months to sell the car but we weren't in a hurry and knowing that it was getting lots of views we were confident that it would eventually sell. Other sites not as effective.
