The advertised is misleading. It is not the watch that arrives to you. So breaks the law on advertising. There is some reviews on youtbe. Watch them. But do not buy. The watch is extremely inaccurate . Over a 20 second timer can be as much as 3 seconds out. The screen is only a small lcd bit in middle of the full screen. This is not shown in adverts. The screen even separated from the body when first trying to put on. Not going to get my money back, its going in the bin. Basically a scam.

This seller is un-ethical! Probably a scam too.
I was filling out the details and I remembered that I need to see the shipping time, but it was nowhere to be found! I DID not click confirm to purchase!

Next I know, I received an email thanking me for my purchase and the item is on the way to me.:(((

I wrote back to them on the email I received, dispute my purchase, of course their reply is cancelling is not possible! The email is coming not from cardieo.com but from ecomtxn.com!

I, too, wish I read these reviews before purchasing 5 days ago. No way to communicate where or when are the items purchased. My bank already cleared the amount of $126.88. I hope it's not a scam like other reviews

Such a poor device, don't waste your money. I have had it a week and am already not wearing it.

The heart rate monitor is hit and miss, I don't even understand what it does. It doesn't track it throughout the day, it just seems to tell you what it is at a specific point when you ask it to. The fitness tracker is stupid, I put it on for a run, to record my heart rate and it went into snooze mode and didn't record a thing. It's like a watch you would win in a cracker.

Spend a bit more money and get something a bit better quality, trust me.

Just ordered a watch here £29.
Terrible order process with upsell after upsell - all of which had clicked NO THANKS (or so I thought). No final order to check (as I recollect). Apparently I also ordered 5 watch bands which appeared on the final confirmation - why would I ?

I have contacted customer services to amend or cancel order - but no response yet (It is New Year's Day - Happy New year everybody).

Fingers crossed I'll receive just the watch and be pleased but events already seem to suggest I could be disappointed

Slick YouTube adverts, the watch is poor quality and many functions don’t work. It’s supposed to be water proof but it’s not. Heartbeat tracker has to be switched on all the time otherwise it stops working . Phone call function doesn’t work either.Advert says be careful of cheap Chinese imitation, ironically this is the watch they must be talking about as it’s a cheap nasty crap

I wish i had looked at this review page before ordering. I had a fitbit blaze before which was OK but I wanted an upgrade. What I got from cardieo was the fact that they missed off the ear pods I ordered and paid for, and took a month to arrive. When it did its woefully substandard, from the software to functionality. Its just no good. Stick to Apple or Samsung. Terrible product.

100% an absolute scam. They use a real apple watch for the ad, not the actual watch. Every single thing said on any of their ads is an absolute lie.

Haven't even bought a device from here but definitely wouldn't!! Most of the devices specs are false claims and most of the images provided within the website and on their YouTube ads are images taken from apples website. If you're looking for a smartwatch stick to the brands like apple or Samsung as cardieo seems to just be another one of those cheap apple clones that claims to be identical to the real thing.
