Brilliant service from start to finish. Excellent communication and took all the stress out of the process.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. Steve came recommended to me via a third party when I needed to suddenly clear my late fathers property ... a property I live an hour and a half away from and whilst we were also all living through a national lockdown. He was amazing ... the property was cleared quickly, safely and efficiently ... and left beautifully clear and clean - I even the garage had a sweep out ... ready for its new owner! As I couldn’t be there to see it all for myself, Steve sent me many photographs of the entire property to reassure me that all had been done as specified. In the given circumstances all our contact was via telephone, text or email and Steve efficiently ensured that I was kept up to date with exactly what was happening ... the service was faultless!

Needed a house clearance carried out quickly . Steve met me within a day and the house was cleared a couple of days later . House was left spotless and for a reasonable price . Excellent job

My tenant vacated the property leaving the house and garden full of possessions and rubbish - beds, furniture, bikes, bin bags etc. It was so stressful to see my property in such a mess. CHC came out within a couple of days and took everything away. They cleared all the kitchen cupboards and fitted wardrobes. Cleared everything from the garden which was in an awful mess. They did a fantastic job and I can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!!

Steve came out on Sunday to give a quick valuation, ahead of his team turning up the next day to clear at very short notice.
Nothing was too much trouble, and they took everything that was asked for.
The crew were friendly and helpful, and it took only a couple of hours to clear a 3 bed semi including the shed and sacks of rubbish.
As if that wasn't enough, Steve advised that he would be able to sell on some of the items, and he asked for less than he quoted initially.
As it happened, the new owners furniture arrived earlier than expected, giving me even more reason to be grateful for the speed and thoroughness of Steve and his team. Absolutely 100% satisfied

Steve and his team provided an excellent service from start to finish. Arranged at quite short notice, had good communication to confirm arrangements and an excellent service clearing my large 4 bedroomed house including garden, loft, and garage.
They moved a huge amount of stuff and nothing was too much trouble. Steve said he would relieve my stress and he did!
I would not hesitate to recommend, very good value. I will definitely use again for any further clearance needed.

Steve and his team were punctual, professional and respectful in clearing Dad's house and were nothing but helpful. There was no negotiation after agreement of the price on what they took - they just took everything we wanted taken from beds to bags of rubbish. And all done quickly and quietly.

Steve and his guys turned up promptly this morning, polite and very helpful, got everything done in one day and there was absolutley loads to go! even with akward access arrangements, I would definatley use them again and recommend them highly.

From your initial visit to assess the job until the last item had been removed on Thursday you seemed to make ,what to me was an enormous job , light work of the clearance. Just absolutely amazing the service I was provided.

I urgently called several companies in the Cardiff area as i was working abroad when my house was sold on the Monday and i needed to move everything out by the Thursday night, all other companies could not help, until i called Cardiff house clearance, I spoke to Steve and explained the situation and even though he was fully booked he did his best to help me and tried to fit me in on the Thursday morning.

Knowing how urgent thus was to me he really pulled it out of he bag and came the next day, Tuesday, with his truck and his helpers and was let in the property and did the most amazing job in the quickest time and also accommodated taking some of my items to a relatives house and ecologically disposed of the rest ...

it was pure professionalism and the willingness to help that would make me reccomend Cardiff house clearance to everyone, what they charged me was so reasonable for what they did and compared to quotes from other clearance companies ... so not only the professional and going the extra mile to assist me they are by far the best value, trustworthy and friendliest team i have met ..

Steve & his lads cleared a big house of my late parents. The items ranged from large bits of furniture to masses of small items like broken pencils etc. It took 2 days and 6 van-loads. We were very impressed with the service: the lads were meticulous and efficient. In their work they were using their heads all the time, coming to us with items found that may have importance to us (for example lost keys, family photographs, pieces of jewellery that we missed). They were courteous, respectful, helpful and fun to be with. We would recommend them any time.

I phoned Steve in the morning and by early afternoon he and his team had done a great job clearing my garage. Great service, good prices and polite and efficient team. Would recommend them without hesitation
