I have used Cardly on a few occasions to send greetings cards to a loved one in the USA from the UK.
The process is simple and a pleasure to work with and the choice of designs by the artists is fantastic.
Then there’s the Customer Support.. I ordered my card and, only upon reviewing once purchased, I realised I made a lot of typo’s.
I contacted Customer Support and was pleasantly surprised to receive acknowledgement and a solution in less than an hour.
My issue was completely rectified by cancellation of my order and my account t credited. This allowed me to retype my card and use my credit immediately.
Again, in such good time, I received a notification that my card had been produced and dispatched.
Great company with amazing Service… thank you Cardly, (Patrick in particular).

I'm writing this before I've even checked out my first order! [Fingers crossed nothing goes wrong :)] as I've just discovered Cardly today after finding that the usual site I use had a very limited choice for the card I needed. It's such a pleasurable site to navigate. Straightforward, easy, great options for personalisation and reasonable pricing. I'm loving it already and if all goes to plan it will be my only 'go to' now for all overseas card sending [well probably UK too actually]. I wish I'd known about it before today.
Thanks to all involved for this great way to create and send cards to people. It's been really well thought out with little extras that you don't find on other sites and seems to have the end user experience at the forefront.
Oh and am just editing this review to add that the option to either 'send now' or to schedule an arrival date is perfect too!

The cards are great - you can add doodles and make them look more 'handwritten' than other services. You're supporting emerging artists as well. The support team have been super quick when I've made a mistake with an order to help fix everything. Thank you Patrick, thank you Cardly!!

Having ordered an express delivery to the recipient I had realised sometime later that I had used an old address. Less than 5 minutes after emailing to request the address be changed I received an email confirming this had been done. Great service.

Such a beautiful service for those of us who are time poor (or like me - leave things to the last minute!!) also I got the address wrong and the team at Cardly were amazing and able to change it for me! Excellent customer service, easiest website to navigate and just AWESOME!

A fantastic service that allows you to upload your own image (or choose from a list) and send cards to loved ones at an affordable price. The font choices they have are ideal and add a lot of value to people receiving the card compared to a standard text.

The team offer great customer service and this service is highly recommended.

I have used Cardly four times now and each time has been so easy and so very cost effective, I don't know how they provide such an incredible service so cheap. Oh and the customer support is five star. This company has save me a lot of time not having to go to the store to shop for a card, waist my money because I stuffed up when writing in a card. A return trip to the store, to get a new card. Then the card sits on my dashboard for a week or so before I finally go to the post office to buy a stamp and post the card.
Why would anyone want to send cards the old way ...not me anymore!
