Avoid like the plague.
Unless you enjoy sitting around for 20 minutes waiting for an access code to get into your account only to find the voice giving the code can't pronounce words and numbers so you have to start again.

Absolute joke this bank loaded money into my card and now cant get it back as the card keeps declining in every shop and cash machine but yet still take my monthly fees tho

Tryed to access account couldn't went to customer services and they where unable to help but told me to go to customer services which I thought I was already at mind you they did manage to remove my monthly payment .Not evan not every helpful

I'm with cashplus I sent my friend a bank transfer 750.00. It disappeared. It showed it had been sent on my online banking. Cardonemoney didn't receive it. I have screenshots of all statements saying it has been sent cardonemoney were unhelpful.. so basically my money has disappeared and they have stole it.

I open account. Cardonemoney Quickly block my account and hold 10700 pound . This is the first day i send money from my other business account into Cardonemoney.

These guys are thiefs dont give them any money its a con

Opened an account with no problems, money in is instant,set up app with ease & is faultless, why the negative reviews???, having zero problems,keep up the Good work!!!!

Card one money is a shambles !!! I have had all my money stolen from me and yet they are saying it isn’t fraud as I was jumped and beat up and my funds were stolen from my account anyone who uses someone’s card without there permission is fraud !!! This needs sorting you all are a waste of space !

If you're a masochist and looking for the worst possible banking experience for a fee; look no further. For a variety of reasons I had to open this kind of account several years ago. Plagued by constant technical issues with the card. Which left me stranded in train stations, unable to buy food or get to work. All whilst having a healthy balance I couldn't access. Customer disservice was an absolute joke, usually oblivious of the latest card issue. I've since moved my banking to Starling who are absolutely fantastic. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for an online bank I suggest Starling. With Starling, my wages also clear at midnight rather then 8 or 9 the following morning with card one...avoid at all costs.

WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, HE REFUSED TO TRANSFER ME AND WHEN I MENTIONED THAT 87% OF THE REVIEWS ON HER WERE BAD ONES, HE THOUGHT IT WAS HILARIOUS. THE SOONER THE FCSC SHUT THESE BUNCH OF ARROGANT IGNORANT F*** WITS DOWN THE BETTER. Before I finish my review I would like to mention Jordan WHO WAS ABSOLUTELY brilliant and transfrred my money to another account within 5 minutes. Stay away from these leeches. I had a account with these cow boys, but never again. I stopped using them in early 2019, didn't know I apparently was overdrawn, never heard anything from them, recently someone accidentally transferred the money money into my old card one money account, these leeches kept it even though I explained the money was not mine and paid in error by a vulnerable person, but these jokers didn't want to know. No matter how desperate you are don't use these lot, suits me bank or pockit or cash plus are way better alternatives. I don't expect card one money to read or act on my review, but if it saves at least one person from these parasites it will be worth it

Absolute Joke - Customer services very unhelpful - they have had nearly £10,000 of my companies money since January when they closed our business account after 6 weeks for depositing too much money! They sent a cheque in the companies name but our current account does not accept cheques, and they are unwilling to do a bank transfer to our new account and they say they do not have our money because we have a cheque, but obviously until the cheque is cashed they do have our money. They are a bunch of crooks, conmen robbing peoples hard earned money. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY TO STAY SAFE!!

Terrible! Don’t get an account with them whatever you do! Honestly I could probably set up a better bank myself! I can’t believe a company like card one exist!
Let alone the 12.50 charge you pay monthly, the service is appalling, the card regularly stops working and the app is designed by a spastic. I tried calling them today because they keep refusing payments into my account. The line cuts off and the online chat is robot friendly. Honestly your better off staking money under your bed!

Not had a single problem with this company then when the FCA stepped in with wirecard everyone's cards would not work however they have said our accounts are OK now but I cannot login to my account because it wont send me my 2FA code via text so I still have no access to my money furthermore when I call it says they close at 5.30pm even though when you Google there opening times it says they close at 7pm I have never had any issues contacting them after 5.30pm until now and there automated service says they don't recognise my card or account number.

Moneys still showing does that mean I can use the card or are the email's a scam because contact is normally by message and sms no contact as normal

This company has outsourced their card service to a subsidiary of a German company that is now under criminal investigation so all of the cards are inactive trying to contact customer service is a joke they say answer in under 15 minutes and you are still reading the same message over an hour later.

Hi every one who’s having problems with card one money just now! Joke of a company who preys on vulnerable people who have terrible credit but there is hope for all those who are in a mess just now because of them. You can open a credit union account at your local credit union please do this ASAP so this company can go bust I’ll gladly sacrifice my full months money to see this scumbag company fall. Stay safe !!
