Hello,
I want to highlight the fact that my account has been inactive for a week and the CardOne actions are affecting my business.
I've talked to several operators from the CardOne call center and I did not receive any explanations. I asked them to make refund to my client as they believe now that I am not a serious company but they told me every day next day will make refund or they will fix the issue but nothing happened.
I have several contracts signed with customers and I am unable to run my business if I am not able to send or receive payments.
The funds which I have in the account are from a client who paid for a service that I can no longer provide because of their pending review.
I want to entitle that I have a business account...I am desperatly to loose my clients esspecialy in this Covid-19 times where all the business are falling.
I will be glad to provide any details or information you might need in order to have my account reactivated, therefore I kindly ask for your help in this matter.

Three weeks and no card of password
Been almost waiting three weeks for my card and password to arrive and when I call up i’m told the same BS (“looks like we sent a card out already but we will send out another one”)
The account opening fee of 55£ should’ve been a warning sign already..

Very decent service.
I've used this service for about 9 years. Generally good but regular system crashes whereby ATM's refuse to dispense cash. Helpful customer service staff, rarely wait, but one gripe is they won't allow use of their app on more than one device. If you forget and try and log in on a different phone say, all your face ID or and touch ID gets disabled and you have to set it up all over again. Oh yes they also charge you £1.50 at ATM's for withdrawing your own money! A bit of a liberty frankly.

This is the worst banking experience ever. They are not trustworthy unprofessional and holding transfers illegitimtely. I recommend to not come near. I have closed my account less than one month. I lost 50 GBP as they have account closing fees but dont regret

I have been trying to close my account for the past four days I have called and called emailed totally without success when you do get contact the phone goes dead so a very crafty way to make money on a premium phone no.
I was unable to get a current account after completing an IVA so turned to them but now feel worse off and totally let down.

When i fell on hard times i took an account out with cardonebanking and it was nothing short of a nightmare.
Withdrew a paypal paymment to my cardone account and they ended up withholding the money, even though i deposited to the paypal account from my cardone account.
I then spent months trying to get it back where i was then sent round in circles asking paypal for a request to cardone to send the money back.
In the end i never got the money back cardone simply kept it and refused to even send it back to the paypal account it came from. So in the end they stole the money which was never theirs and refused to even try help me resolve the problem.

I'm fairly satisfied with CardoneBanking, there have been a few issues that I find difficult to comprehend. Such as why does it take so long for money paid into my account via the post office takes so long and why the restrictions on the amount paid in.
This is my only issue. When I have called customer service, my experience is a good one of pleasant representatives and calls not taking that long.
I appreciate others whose have found their experience wanting. I hope all the issues raised will be resolved
