Easy, effective way to buy your MTG singles. Not the cheapest way, but definitely the most easy one! Streamlined shopping experience, also.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. Every time I have needed assistance they take over a week to respond, for urgent matters as well. They provide informal means of communications like Discord and WhatsApp and even directly messaging their reps does nothing. I have to send a follow up message literally every day to get them to act, and then they get mad telling me to be patient. The card business is a fast one and they are the slowest in the game

The best platform for international purchases.
The protection provided by the platform for incorrect cards or discrepancies in orders is very important.
The CardTrader Zero system is the best system.
Shipping costs are high, but understandable.

It takes a bit of time to deliver but the cardtrader zero service is so cool. You can add so much cards anytime and whenever you want, you can ask for delivery. It's easy to use. The cards are well protected and if a card is scratch they order another one. Tested and approved

Update: now resolved with no charge and they have given me a 5% discount voucher for the future. Changed from 2 stars to 3. Not 4 due to time to stress between trying to cancel and them cancelling today.

I have purchased several cards via CardTraderZero amounting to over £150 since August and on my recent purchase I filtered by English language and the card condition but did not buy the correct items. That is, I asked for near mint and English language when filtering cards and purchased the cheapest when the screen loaded, but only in reterospect did I notice that the quality was not the condition I asked for nor in English. I fully acknowledge I could have taken further steps to see the conditon and language, but assumed their filtering would only show me what I asked and not what I did not ask for. Further frustrations came when I noticed the problem and tried to cancel - there is no way to cancel on the website, you have to contact the customer services team via email/ticket, but they have not responded to me and since contacting them, further cards have been sent (I cannot get refunded for cards that have been shipped). Instead I have contacted the individual sellers for my large order that have the wrong cards and asked them not to ship the cards until the maximum allowed time, so there is time to cancel. The sellers are understanding, but said if they do not ship soon CT0 will charge them. So unless customer services get back to me ASAP I will have wasted £60 on inapprpriate cards. Otherwise, the service of finding the cheapst card in the world and only paying 1 shipping fee is good, but NOT worth the trouble as CardMarket is similar price and ships quickly.

Overall a great platform, prices of single cards are higher on average than on other platforms, but with the zero service I saved a ton of money on shipping.

One shipment got lost in the mail, but I got a refund.

Sudden price spikes and sellers "not finding the card" or what ever bs reason they had to deny the sale were not handled to my whole satisfaction, but I got a partial goodwill solution after keeping talking to the customer service.

I was able to make sure shipping costs were lowest it could be without needing to worry about if I was going to receive it on time.
The prices are all over the place but that is more of the market place rather then the website.

Simplicity in the process and makes everything much cheaper than in another websites. With zero I passed from an euro purchase to a 30 euros one. Highly recommend!

They are wildly expensive for shipping if you are just looking for a small number of items, for 1 card it was a minimum of over USD$60 to actually get your item. It’s also not really obvious as they charge a shipping fee to order the card (in my case the card was about ~$20 and the shipping $15, which seemed expensive but I wanted the card so…). However, they don’t really make it clear that that initial shipping fee is ONLY to get the card to THEM. They then charge an extra exorbitant fee to get the card from them to YOU.
This service is only really useful if you want to order either LOTS of cards or very expensive cards, where those freight costs will only be a fraction of the cost.

Additionally, they sent a LOT of advertising/random emails after first signing up and ordering a something.

Lots of cheap bulk cards with little delivery fees.

I use the card trader zero wich is a good idea, you can track your cards and see when they ready to be send, not every vendor and card have the option for this, many are a bit expensier than the ones without this option but still most of them save you money because you only do one sending. The biggest problem I see is that I send a ticket regarding a problem with the cards and never get an answer.
