What is the point of having an email for people to use if they have any questions about their medication or really uncomfortable side effects when no one answers it? Its so disappointing. How are you supposed to give care and support when your inundated with the horde of new clients your taking in when your company clearly cannot handle it.

We understand concerns around accepting new referrals while existing patients are waiting. We continue to accept referrals because we are contracted to provide NHS Right to Choose assessments and cannot close to new referrals unless instructed to do so by the NHS. This is a wider issue across ADHD services nationally, with demand currently exceeding available capacity.
The challenges we are experiencing are due to wider service pressures and capacity limitations across the pathway. We continue to review our processes and work to improve communication and support for our patients..

Super quick turnaround
Super quick turnaround. Easy to navigate the forms and assessments was done on line. I got the results immediately and then I was sent a detailed report. I will add that there are a lot of forms and that was a hurdle for me in itself, so prepare yourself, complete them when you have the time and no distractions (easy for us to say!)

Must say I've had a wonderful experience, from start to finish great communication and when I've emailed and rang always been met with professional caring attitudes despite my persistence in ring most days so I appoligise fir that. But so far so good 10/10

I honestly don't know where to begin..
I honestly don't know where to begin... The only good thing about the experience was my consultation after a two plus year wait (6 weeks was the promised time). Zero customer service. 2 hour wait to get through on the phone (had to hire a PI to get the contact number). I suggest you spend some of the money you get from private patients, on NHS patients rather than shareholders. The whole process was one obstacle after another, utterly neurotypical! Patients NOT before profits. Two tier. I can't begin to tell you the harm your "service" has caused me (and I'm 100% certain some didn't make it through, i.e. committed suicide before they were seen). I came close a few times and I'm seriously considering taking legal action against CAREADHD. Hope that helps!

Crooks - money obsessed thieves and charlatans
Money obsessed thieves and charlatans. I was on a very arduous titration period of trialling different doses. After my second review, doctor Naeem Seth said this would be my last review (when there are supposed to be three - I can only put this down to laziness and miscommunication on this company's part). I said I prefer 30mg of my medication and want to continue on that but was forced to buy 40mg. During these trials I was specifically told I didn't have to take the meds every day. After I made the purchase I was given information on shared care and being able to apply for it after 8 weeks. As I had leftover40mg and 50mg as well as my 30mg, my period of waiting took over 8 weeks (by a few weeks) and I applied for Shared Care. I then had weeks of back and forth and being sent around the houses. Then they said I was too late and it's been 3 months, so I need to pay £140 for a medication review and then (hopefully) £99 per month for 2 months for the meds I need before then being able to apply for shared care again. Olawumi Ojengbede has been the worst respondant I have ever encountered in any organisation. They flatout ignore what I say and give corporate ingenuine phrases like 'i understand you may be frustrated' instead of answer questions or describing what has happened. I've been told I need proof of all sorts of things now (that I was not told beforehand). It is a clear retroactive pretence of rules I was meant to know so that they can charge me more and more money. This is pure exploitation of people with mental impairments who rely on their product. And they have the audacity to write repeatedly in their emails 'we are committed to your care' before demanding money. It is outrageous that our mental health relies on these vial exploiters. Crooked practice throughout. You are not humans to them, but a wallet. BEWARE!

Goal posts constant moves.
I’ll echo what others say. Got diagnosed within month. Immediate filmed forms in in February for titration. Told 4 weeks waiting time. That turned into 6 weeks then 12 weeks and now being told 6 months minimum. Zero support offfered since diagnosis.
Don’t be fooled into there fast assessment time as they are clearly taking on far more cases than they can manage.

Forced into withdrawals indefinitely and having my situation ignored
My GP has essentially said that I need to go through Care ADHD for my medications that I’ve been on for years now.
Care ADHD say I need to wait 6 months before they enter me into “titration”.
I’m already titrated and have been on my medication for years. But that doesn’t seem to matter to them. So now I’m facing forced withdrawals from my controlled medication (Elvanse).
CareADHD? I would say more like HarmADHD.

Look elsewhere
My assessor was brilliant. I can’t fault her one bit. And the only reason I have given 2 stars instead of 1, is because of how kind and professional she was.
Regardless of this, I cannot recommend CARE ADHD.
My initial referral via Right to Choose was initiated well over a year ago (late 2024/early 2025). I finally had my assessment in October 2025. Confirmed combined ADHD. Told an email regarding titration would come through soon. My email regarding titration didn’t come through until December 2025 and I applied for it the same day.
It’s been 9 months since I was diagnosed. And yesterday I received an email asking me for yet MORE information, and from a consultant I’m not even sure I’m under anymore due to so many Drs leaving the hospital I am under.
It’s ridiculous. I now have to try and find said consultant, or figure out how to get a supporting letter and, you guessed it, wait for an even longer, and completely unspecified amount of time with no guarantee they’ll actually let me try medication if and when I ever get a titration appointment! This should have been asked of me 9 months ago!
Just don’t do it. Find someone else who has clear and regularly updated timelines on how long waiting lists truly are. The timelines stated on the website are not true for Right to Choose patients. I cannot talk for private but only my own experience and what seems to be the experience of many others.
I am putting in a complaint regarding my situation.

I received my official diagnosis with Care ADHD back in March and filled out every single titration form the exact same day I received them. My file was cleared and marked as "Ready to Book" on April 2nd. At that time, I was explicitly promised a 12-week waiting list to start medication.
Since then, the goalposts have been retroactively changed three separate times. Now, their system penalizes the people already trapped in the queue by telling them they have to wait up to 6 months, while simultaneously advertising a shorter 3-month wait for brand-new entries.
I have done everything right. I have kept my data updated, and I have given them total 24/7 flexibility to take any short-notice cancellation slots. Despite this, I have faced nothing but radio silence and shifting timelines. This administrative failure has caused massive, unnecessary stress regarding my occupational stability.
I have now been forced to raise a formal Stage 1 Complaint to get any answers. If you are choosing a Right to Choose provider, be warned that their front-end diagnostic speed is just a hook—once you are diagnosed, they will leave you stranded in an endless bottleneck.

This company will get you in for an assessment on the right to choose pathway quickly, you will then be stuck waiting for titration for months. Still waiting four months later. Have just read that people coming for assessments now are going to enter titration earlier than those of us who had our assessments mo tha ago. This is completely not ok!

Titration wait times
The assessment was quick and helpful; the assessor was also really nice and caring. I thought that because of this, the process would be good.
But I have now been waiting since February for the medication pathway and have not had an update other than a standard email template.
Any communication with them regarding this will be met with an extremely vague template, after a 2-3 week wait
Was originally told a 12-week wait, and the waiting times have now been updated to 6 months, again with no communication and only me looking at thier waiting times.
People currently on the waiting list need to wait longer than new referrals.
If you want an assessment I would have no problem recommending it, but titration is absolutely appalling. Take the time to read other reviews, read forums like r/ADHDUK.

Wait Times Are A Joke!
The original assesment went well! I was impressed. I saw that the titration appointment would be within 8-12 weeks. I’ve now been waiting since the end of January, and there’s still no appointment. I’ve rung a few times with no help.
The service is incredibly poor! It’s ok making excuses ‘that demand outstripped supply’ but you should have put a stop to taking on new clients, or atleast update the wait times regular. There’s a huge difference between 8-12 weeks and now 23 weeks!!
