I can only review the care my elderly mother has received from the Rugby branch of Care Bureau.
Despite an issue regarding punctuality for a period of time, which has now been resolved, the service now is very good.
The knowledgeable carers, who do a difficult and physically hard job, remain cheerful and helpful and are generally excellent as are the office staff I've met.
I can recommend them - at least the Rugby branch.

northampton...dom..carebureau.co.uk is one of some many companies given a contract of care for vunerable person's in need of care.
Let me explain further.

This company from day one was under staffed, the persons ariving had one thing on their mind. Get done and get out.
This is not care! This is an example of how to make money.

I have tried to complain and not been very successful to date.
I now await the requested complaints procedure to be sent to me.
I cannot comment on care, in my personal opinion the staff do as instucted.

We had a very very good care company before called loving angles, althogh they also had some who were unhappy. Loving angels company addressed concerns and fixed them. They are a shining example to others.

My emails to date have been ignored.
The Carebureau and others do not care.
The other email address I sent my complaint to, reponded, do not email me on my day off.

There are major concerns with the care and hidden dissabitly.
This has allways been ignored by the ingnorant.

I cannot even cope with the person I car for easily.
Mental tortue has taken effect over time from other circumstances.

To care agencies, its ask the peron who has know mental capacity a question, they are done.
Add that to the mix you know what will happen.

Brain injured and demetia people need propper care.
The word CARE means somting!

The West Northampton Council is responsible for this!

Update on 9th April,
My concerns are now being addressed and we look foward to some more positive things.

Not had any response at all from the Local Authority, The West Northampton Council.

After having some good persons and some where even supervisors things changed again.

Update now 19/04/2024 raised a safguarding concern some care staff do not know why they are attending.
I cannot go into details but if any one has any such concern there are two actions you can take after giving the care company an opotuinty to fix things.
The Care Quality Commision has a reporting system and the local athority has a reporting system for safguarding. The care was suposed to make my things better not make me more worried and frustraighted.

since writing this at about 8pm I have discoved my front door has been left open for about Four hours.

They are not welcome back this is complete incompentence.
