Issue resolved quickly. Have used services of Care Club several times - not disappointed to date.

Plumber came same day, within a few hours of my calling Care Club, did a good and prompt job, explaining everything. So very satisfied.

The service provided is excellent. The engineer arrived on time and quickly and expertly completed the job. The engineer was very professional.

The guy sorry that came to fix the tap was very good at his job. He did a great job and took his time to do it right.

The plumber was very professional and helpful. Explained the problem and his solution. However I waited 5 hours on one day for a no show, the second day appointment between 8-12, another no show. Eventually arrived at 13:00. The job sheets and invoices are very short on information as well. Amounts charged are also very high.

Great plumber! He spent ages replacing the silicone on my shower tray and was very careful to make sure it wasn’t leaking any more. 🥰🥰😪

The engineers visit was booked easily and very promptly, Mike kept us informed of his arrival and was on time. Clearly a very quiet efficient gentleman, did the job in good time and was polite and apologetic at the end because he had missed a bit of water to clean up. First impressions of Care Club are extremely favourable. Glad we joined them.

Arrived punctually sorted our boiler problem immediately was very polite and explained what the problem was.

It took a long, long time to get through, but when my call was answered, the matter was resolved quickly with a plumber arriving in less than an hour. Brilliant service from the plumber.

Always a quick response, when we have needed them they have always been there by the next day, their engineers always tell us what the problem is and is usually fixed the same day.

Very good 5star helpful on time and always there repairs are amazing. Nice and helpful staff.would recommend to any one who are looking for a plumber

excellence , although the problem could not be sorted out on the bank holiday ,it was quickly sorted out on the Tuesday , care bear saves me a lot of stress and always delivers the results.

The engineer (Gufraz) called to tell me he was on his way.
He was pleasant, polite, competent and friendly.
My problem was soon resolved to my complete satisfaction and would readily recommed this company to all seeking a trained and expert plumber.

They are lucky I am giving them 2 stars. The Engineer who was very good and the only good bit of the experience,arrived after a four hour and forty minute wait to replace the cold water pipe to our washing machine, it was broken he didn’t have a replacement even after telling customer service that he would need to replace it. They said don’t worry he will have a spare pipe on his van, he then asked me if I knew where he could get one, I didn’t know so he then got. In his van and drove off.
Two hours later he returned and completed the job which took him ten minutes.
All in all about 7 hours total.

A very prompt service. The plumber who came was nice and the job completed.
