Terrible customer service, my parents bought a bed from them around 2 months ago, the mechanism was faulty and we reported this to careco within days.
They claim that as they aren’t the manufacturer of the bed they have to contact the manufacturer for the to get an engineer to call.
Two months later still nothing has happened they keep saying someone will be in touch but it hasn’t happened! Once they have your money they don’t care.
Update, the day after I posted this review we had a phone call to book a repair, I don’t know if it affected proceedings but all is ok now, I will update the review from a one star to 2 stars

Andrea looked after us. I wanted a second power chair. I am very disabled and not in a happy mood, I needed to sit in different chairs, which meant getting in and out of them. This I find difficult. I was very impatient, hopefully not rude to Andrea, she was calm,professional,and helpful fetching me a walking frame to help. She answered all my questions

Customer service advisors are very knowledgeable and helpful with the products I have been interested in. Needed to return a scooter which was not suitable for my needs, had no trouble in returning it. Rick and Jacob who came to collect it were also extremely helpful which make buying from Careco a pleasurable experience.

I recently purchased a new mobility scooter for my elderly mum and couldn't fault CareCo at all. The customer service was faultless, they made you feel right at ease and explained everything to you, a very patient and helpful team.

I would 100% recommend CareCo for any sort of mobility needs and aids, I was surprised at how much stuff they did! Five stars for CareCo!

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!

I recently purchased an electric mobility scooter from CareCo and was blown away by their exceptional customer service. From the very first phone call, the team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—super patient. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was completely comfortable with my choice.

It’s rare these days to come across a company that genuinely cares about its customers, but CareCo really went above and beyond. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for a mobility scooter with first-class support behind it. A real five-star experience!

Visited one of the showrooms at the weekend and the female sales person looked after us really well. We went away to think about the purchase and spoke to Paul in customer service. He was super helpful and gave us his direct email. After corresponding with Paul he copied in William, one of the directors who was able to put together a deal which we were both happy with. My elderly mother is excited about receiving her new power chair.

I ordered a bath lift from CareCo in Cheltenham as I have osteoarthritis in several joints and find it impossible to get up out of the bath. I ordered online but there was a problem so a very nice lady from CareCo rang me to sort things out, she was friendly and helpful. I opted for installation with the delivery and the two chaps that came were lovely, polite, cheerful and showed me how the lift worked. The whole experience with CareCo was excellent, i am so pleased with the bath lift, if i need any more disabled items i know where i will be returning to!

Tom & Ahmed rang us as they were on there way to advise us of their ETA. Ahmed solved our seating problems, and gave me some very useful advice. He explained how to make various other adjustments, in a friendly, and professional manner. They were both patient, and took care to ensure we understood all that was needed. Overall a very useful and pleasant experience. Eleven out of Ten for customer service.

Went to Camberley to investigate possible power wheel chairs.
Great showroom and huge range of items on display. Plenty of room to try things out. Also able try out chairs in the outside car park and essentially the suitability for our car boot.
We were looked after by a very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful Samantha. We bought one. Delivery was delayed a couple of days because the spare battery was out of stock. All round very good service.

I ordered a Carbon X walker. Unfortunatly it did not arrive on the day specified. The Director of the company rang and emailed me and reorganised another delivery date. This time the walker arrived on time.

Im really thrilled with my choice of walker.

Its very light weight. This makes it easier to lift in and out of my car.
It has a good sized bag on front and in a good position for dropping things in. Other walkers seem to have bags almost under the seat so you have to lean over a lot to reach. The handles can be adjusted to your height. The seat rest can be adjusted too. Its not fixed in place on the handles.
The seat looks like leather and would be dryable in rain.
The wheels are bigger at the front. Although it has a kick up to help you get up curbs. It means the bigger wheels allow you to easily glide up a small drop kerb. Without using the kick up.

To sum up. It was the perfect choice. Especially weight wise. It weighs a lot less than my previous walker.

Unfortunately we found, as a family, that the wheelchair we ordered was to heavy for us to lift when folded for transport by car etc. Careco were very understanding. Their aftersales service was excellent.
