The AI negotiator is a game changer. allows for contacting and working deals with multiple dealers anonymously with the terms you want and then able to get a great fair deal without the effort of making all the emails and calls yourself. Also the AI negotiator uses market data and even advises you about the merits of the different deals it is working. I don’t think i would buy a car without this type of help ever again as someone who wants a fair deal but doesn’t love negotiating and value my time doing other things. It is so worth it to have car edge pro and i am confident i saved thousands with this.

No need to do your own negotiation any more. This is a fantastic product. I was able to get information and utilized their AI tool to negotiate a car deal. It was so seamless and provided little to no stress in getting a deal made with a car dealership. The CarEdge Pro subscription was easily saved in the deal that I made for a new vehicle.

I wasn't able to use the service to search for a 2026 RAV4. CarEdge returned my money.

the process was easy, but was lacking communication. I thought when I signed up, the negotiator was going to be with me through every step. This was not the case. We had one conversation with Nick and then nothing for days until I reached out a few times and never spoke to the negotiator Nick, only a counterpart. Then was told "here's the car, here's the price" no checking with us on here's what I found, is this ok, nothing. Basically, take it or leave it. The deal was good, but felt like we had to settle and had no choice.

They could have done better finding my car and negotiating a better price.
Michelle constantly sent me the wrong vehicles when she did a search.
I won’t use them again and do not recommend them.

I found the suggested AI offer was a little high, but something to work with. I recently purchased a 2026 Honda CR-V Trailsport for $37K even out the door. The AI feature suggested an offer of over $38K, then taxes, fees, etc. would be added on to that.

Jamer and Debbie provided a very professional, friendly and insightful experience. Everything went smoothly and with no surprises, a definite plus when dealing with car dealerships. The first dealer we dealt with turned out to be inexperienced and dishonest, so we went to a second dealer who was extremely easy to deal with and got me the vehicle with the options I wanted. I chose to go with the service where‘s care of the whole process of buying and it turned out to be a terrific experience

I was immediately contacted after I submitted my application and payment.....even on a Saturday! Everyone was prompt, polite and efficient. It took us a few days to secure the right vehicle, but part of that was my process of eliminating and identifying the best choice for our needs and budget.

The only negative that I have is the car I chose is in extremely high demand. There was little to no negotiation room with the dealer. We paid asking price. I could have done that. I'm not sure that I saved the $1000 bucks that I hoped to recover in a price reduction.

This is long overdue. During the busy month of December, I hired a concierge service to help me purchase a pre-owned, certified Acura RDX A-spec. There was not a lot of inventory in California, yet alone across the country. I can't thank Jamer Heasley enough for being such a pro at handling this deal and saving me money. There are so many dealer tactics that I simply didn't have time or patience for, and he handled them like a pro! There were many twists & turns he navigated through during a few different dealer negotiations, and he kept me informed every step of the way. In the end, I got a great deal with a local dealer who happened to be the first dealer Jamer spoke with, and I got the exact car and features I wanted. 100% would recommend Concierge for those who don't have the time to do this themselves.

The tools available are great. The level analysis is unparalleled to anyone else out there. You really do get the details to make an informed decision of a vehicle you want to buy.

I was looking to purchase a certain vehicle from a local dealer. I emailed the dealer with some questions and they sent me the carfax. There was something about the title that seemed out of sorts.

I logged onto Caredge.com and searched for the specific vehicle and found it listed. It gave me all the info, etc. that caredge is known for. But then I started over and filtered the list vehicles as I had previously done, but this time I checked the “Clean Title” box. The specific car I had been looking at was now omitted from the list it was on before.

This was a huge save for me. I didn’t have to GUESS what was going on with the title shenanigans I saw in the carfax. I now KNEW there was something going on.

Great job Caredge! This saved a whole lot of time and wasted effort in test drives and negotiations, etc I’m sure my bank would have given me a hard time lending me the money to buy this car with the weird title.
