CarEdge and their Concierge service made the car shopping, inspection, negotiation, and buying experience much easier than if I had gone it alone. All along the way the communication from the CarEdge team helped us work together to find the right vehicle, which for me was a 2022 Q7, still under warranty, low miles, 1 owner, no accidents, and a clean inspection.

Car Edge made the car buying experience extremely easy for me and a lot less stressful! I am glad I chose to use this service. I did my own independent research on the truck I was looking for but I was unable to find anything that fit my preferences. Nick from Car edge found exactly the vehicle I wanted with my preferences , within two days! I would definitely recommend anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle to use them. you definitely get your money's worth with them.

There is no way to try before you buy. I never would have paid a dime for this terrible product. It doesnt understand the concept of sub models and trim packages. I wanted to search Lincoln Navigator L in all the trim packages at once. I tried single trim in the L and it said there were non in the US. Cars.com and cartrader beg to differ. I canceled my purchase within 15 minutes of making the purchase. I don't see any way to get my 41 bucks back. It's my fault tor not checking it out first. Painful lesson.

From the very beginning of the process until we e-signed the documents, the process was so easy and straightforward. Having someone handle the back and forth with the dealers is amazing. I will never sit in a dealship for hours wasting time hassling with sales people again. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had, by far.

Very disappointing experience. My first contact person located a car for me that did not meet my specifications. My second contact person got me a discount of $500, which was a given with my Honda Loyalty discount.
Both persons were pleasant and responded to questions but their performance was far from what I had hoped for and expected from professionals.
On the other hand, I did very much appreciate the many videos from Ray and Zach. Very informative.

Received quotes and communication often. Quick to reply with any questions or concerns. They took care of the worryingly part, and dreaded negotiations part.
Can not say thank you enough.

We had an outstanding experience using the Car Edge concierge service. Highly recommended! We were looking for a very specific model/trim/color/year/mileage package for our next vehicle and had a extremely limited pool of available vehicles to choose from. This meant that an out of state purchase was likely. We had already been doing research for months and had narrowed down our options. Josh was fantastic from the get go. Great communication! He was very clear on the process, straight to the point on the challenges, and very willing to share his recommendations and prior experience for the process. We had some ups and downs with dealers, but Josh did the work with the managers, finance team, and front line reps to get us the vehicle we wanted with a significant reduction in add-ons and service fees, as well has a huge discount on vehicle delivery from out of state. After my 2nd time working with CarEdge to lease/purchase a car, I'm a forever fan/user of this service to the car buying community. I just financed a 2021 premium Lexus RX350 with low mileage, for nearly 5K under asking! I knew the value of the vehicle and knew what I wanted to drive. The knowledgeable and up to date information on how and when to research, prepare, negotiate, consider your purchase, and seal the deal on a vehicle in these tariff times is money and life saving. I had already done Deal School when I leased a Mazda back in 2022. I used CarEdge Pro, well worth the cost of $35-$40, to understand market value for my current vehicle, calculate the cost of the OTD and negotiate either with assistance or just communicate overall with dealers. Igor K and Space were with me in 2022 AND these past few weeks. I could lean on them for consistent knowledge and reminders on what to accept, what questions to ask and remember the value of my money over product. I tell EVERYONE that I know about what CarEdge had done to help me find and negotiate a great car for a great price. I hope to not have to purchase a vehicle for a while. I've been following Zak and his dad on Youtube for the past few years. I was in the market for a new car so I browsed the community board section to see the different types of deals.
It was an amazing experience to view all the different types of invoices and user responses. The community and mods, specifically Space, help people identify "good deals. I pm'ed Space about a deal, and he really provided a lot of feedback. I got an amazing deal and I couldn't have done it without the CarEdge and Space.

You can buy your car from home and remove the stress and anxiety of dealing with car sales people. If you are looking to purchase and not using Caredge…….why not? After signing up it was a matter of a couple days and they got me a great deal and I just had to go to dealer pay for vehicle and drive home. No all day at the dealer mostly waiting while salesman checks with his boss. Best new car buying experience I have ever had.
