Debbie was great help in onboarding me to the process, and her general advise and candor was great. I did find the swap from her to Stuart a bit jarring. There was a window of time with no contact with either. I would have preferred the one point of contact through the process instead of two or a clear hand off point.

Once the process got going it went lighting fast, and I am very pleased with the end result.

information about cars is fine but paying for negotiations very bad choice, it's been few days and I have to still waiting so if the dealer doesn't respond you get screwed, how good is that, so it's the same as you go to the dealer and waste a lot time. They make you wait couple days to see if dealer respond, they didn't so I want to cancel but the cancellation is before 72 hrs
