I just finished signing up, and when I try to sign in, I'm told my password is no good. I don't want call your phone number to spend the next fifteen minutes on hold trying to get it straightened out. Very disappointing!

Getting the plan was a bit of hassle
Getting the plan was a bit of hassle. I called because I had an old plan that was canceled and I was trying to revive it. They said they needed to transfer me to a different dept., then they said they need to transfer me again to sales. So it is one of those things where you have to get to the correct department and that can be tedious. Other than that, it should be a useful plan for when it becomes active!

I purchased the Careington 500 series…
I purchased the Careington 500 series in 2016 and have paid 17.95 a month since then. Never used it. Now I'm trying to use it and I make appt and before I can get to the appt the Dentist office calls and says they do not take it. The list of Dentist online I've called so far so they do not take it. I would like to get help finding a Dentist in my area that will take it. Maybe then I can give a better review.
