Where's the ID card & kit?
Signed up and paid for the plan on 12/03. Received an email that I would receive my ID card and membership kit via email within 24 hours. It's been 72 hours and I still don't have this information so I can't make my dental appointment. But I did receive a survey asking how well you did so.... 1 star.

I used a Careington Dental Savings Plan nearly three years ago when I learned that eleven teeth needed to be extracted and that I needed partial dentures. I saved more than $2,500. I am in need of more dental work so I'm grateful that this is available to me again. Thank you Careington.

Great product/ lousy sign up
First, I will say that I am a past customer and not sure what happened to my autorenewals but they apparently stopped. I do know that the product is great and saves a bunch of money. However, the sign up was horrible. Go through 3 screens and screw up the last and you are starting over. The reason this happened to me was that, BOA, the largest retail bank in USA, stopped my transaction for fraud (this is after 3 attempts with only screen input being by acct info was wrong). After receiving a text from the bank asking if I entered the transaction and wanted to continue, I authorized the transaction and on the 4th attempt it went thru. Maybe ask for pin # on the CC entry screen- I don't know but I do know that the even the average mom and pop can figure this out.
