Carelift Services were amazing. They catered for my needs, and were able to assist me. Communication was very clear, and I knew when my equipment would be delivered and collected. The equipment was delivered and was of high standard and very clean. I would recommend them if you require any equipment.

The engineer, Chris, came t the appointed time and was very professional and courteous.

Service engineer Chris arrived on time and got on with the service straight away. I informed him of an issue my mum was having with stairlift and he did his best to rectify it, but was honest enough to say that due to the age of the lift it was now at the point where it was safer to have a replacement.
We were given prices on three options, a reconditioned one, and two new stair lifts. All were very reasonably priced, and this together with the fact that would remove the old one and take away with them, my mum decided on a brand new one which was then booked in for being fitted within 3 working days.
Would definitely recommend Carelift Services to anyone thinking about getting one.

The stairlift is so much better than our previous Acorn. I said to my wife that the homeglide is a proper job, good solid engineering, smooth ride, built to last. The Acorn felt like I’d made it myself out of Meccano

The two gents who came to install our lift were very friendly and chatty, polite and respectful. They were mindful of any noise and always checked in to make sure we were ok with it.
The lift itself is a great piece of kit and we are very grateful. We happily recommend the product and the company to anyone looking for this service. Side note - they love a cuppa too!!!

The service we have received from our initial enquiry to the system being installed has been first class and the engineer who installed it (Chris) was excellent and very professional he arrived on time, was polite and efficient, answered all our questions and fully demonstrated the chair lift on completion, leaving our premises clean and tidy.

Brilliant customer service. From the first phone call, survey and service and staff were so polite, friendly and reliable. Really understand the needs of differently abled people. On 19th May my Mother’s stairlift failed to operate to carry her downstairs. The mystery remains as to why this occurred after an annual service a week prior, but on a call to the office Lesley went above and beyond to organise an engineer at short notice to come out later that day to sort the problem. That engineer was Chris who was very friendly, kind and helpful in all respects.

The way Carelift Services Ltd treated us right from my first enquiry has been excellent. Paul turned up promptly to time, was very polite and knowledgeable and took great care taking our stairlift out for me. We are moving house and as soon as we are able Carelift Services will come and fit a reconditioned stairlift (like for like with the one they took out) which they gave us a very good part exchange deal for. I arranged a call out as Stairlift was stopping halfway up. James came and fixed the problem but also needed a part. The office rang me with the price for work. The part took a few days to come. James returned to fit part. He worked quietly and efficiently and left no mess. he was polite and friendly.

Absolutely fantastic service and back up.
We put in an urgent request for a service engineer to come out and attend our very much needed through floor lift which broke down/ stopped between floors with my wife still in it on Easter Bank holiday Monday.
The telephone call was answered quickly and within 10 minutes, the engineer was on his way!
LIAM ,the engineer was polite, helpful , and respectful.
Within 2 hours the much needed repairs had been completed , checked and the lift was fully operational again.Great response time and service
