The customer service was great wasn’t pushy Nick the guy I saw was amazing . Went out of his way to help me great company and really nice selection of cars to choose from at reasonable prices ,would highly recommend this company .

I have called the number provided and I get that it's not in service. 800 764 1553. I have a 3 yr warranty and need help to order batterie but can not reach anyone at Care Motion Scooters. Do you have a different number

I Implore you, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! My story; My 81 year old mother purchased a motorized bike for my brother who has neurological condition. She was so excited! Unfortunately the bike did not work out. I spoke to William and Emily from Care motion. I have a voice mail message from Emily stating that the manufacturer and Care Motion would accept the return. Emily HOldridge said she would e-mail the return instructions and that's where the problem started. I NEVER RECIEVED ANY E-MAIL. I then left messages for Rich, Emily, William and Emily's sister everyday for three weeks. NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALL!! I've contacted THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE in OHIO and filed a complaint. I am still waiting for EMILY to respond. I AM HEARTBROKEN FOR MY MOTHER who has since fallen and broken her pelvis.. I am disgusted that a company would TAKE ADVANTAGE of PEOPLE with DISABILITIES!!!

I had purchased a scooter and I received it then I started having issues with it yes the first time they sent the part out and that works now it don't work at all they don't answer my phone calls or I leave a message and they don't call me back so I purchased Rollator transport chair and almost killed myself in that because with the footrest you fall very easily forward

The metal frame was broken in half. It was shipped this way and not damaged om shipping because the box was okay. I cancelled the order.I was very disappointed.

Well it really look good when you showed the video but getting it now and riding it there's no traction so you can't ride it in the grass there's no brake system so when you stopped it rolls down a hill when you get off of it and it wasn't as light as I thought it was going to be I still need two people to pick it up otherwise it's pretty fast that's all I can say and one of my wheels keep falling off

Terrible customer service. My wheelchair order came with the wrong foot rests, and the tires have no traction at all on carpet. I have called care motion at least 9 times and made contact only once with emily on the third call, who told me they would make contact with me about returning the chair. I have not heard anything from any body. I have called at least 6 times sense the third call and can not get ahold of any one. I have left my name and # each time I have called but no response. Very disappointing,

Just bought my first Care motion. Nick The sales people where amazing o the phone , they find me the best option for me. It is just fabtastic experience. Im can go anywhere. A city like New York where lack of cAR parking THIS WAS THE BEST THING FOR ME. I CAN GO ANYWHERE! From home to the pharmacy in minutes without the need of cabs or wait the buss for a long time .
I Love my new car and i recommend .

I’m very disappointed with this company. I ordered a travel scooter and it came with a broken frame. I called the company and they said to take pictures of it so I did and sent it to them. They said they were sending a new one out right away. Well three weeks later no replacement. UPS picked up the damaged one Monday. I was told I would have it by Weds as we’re leaving on Saturday. Well today’s Wednesday and no scooter!! I will never order from this company again!!!

Took along time to get .I had to go get it at fedx.it but they said they would for 6 days but didnot deliver.and care motion did nothing to help. I should of cancel go with different company if you can

Poor performance in providing tracking information and your staff have yet to return my last phone call. I guess I will follow-up with the manufacturer.

Broken already.......cant get in touch to repair!!!....still waiting for serviceman.....3 was now.....

I finally have my freedom back again. Being able to get around without having to depend on others has been a blessing!! I just love my new scooter!! Thanks care motion for giving me my life back!!

Actually I give it zero stars instead of one star, but it won’t let me. I called the place where I order it from, They gave me the phone number who shipped it. The company name was eahees, so I called them. Finally a Derek call me back a day later after I call them back the next dad first. Now my problem was my brakes don’t work. The guy from ewheels Derek basically blew me off 3 people who rode the bike. He said ,?the bake bracke don’t work. He said, go squeeze the brake and tell me if you feel tenision. The brake was very hard to squeeze. All I care about is stopping when you squeeze the handle. But he blew me off. No appointment to check out . So the three friends of mind who drove it are crazy. This is why I would give them zero stars

My wife loves her new bobcat x. She has been out 3 times a day to take our dog for a walk. The customer service department was great getting finance for the bobcat. Thank you for giving my wife back to me.

I placed my Order July 20th and was told i would have my new Scooter within 2 maybe 3 weeks. Its now been 3 weeks and still no scooter, I paid 300.00 for what was called White Glove. according to the tracking number i received it arrived at a warehouse in Tacoma Wa which is 45 minutes from me on July 30. I have made several calls and sent emails, I spoke to Megan which at first i thought was going to help but to me i feel like i was put to the side once again. i feel like i have been taking to the cleaners by this company, starting with my first call to place my order and the guy trying to talk me into a different type of electric scooter to Megan. At this point im very disappointed in this company and will not giver any favorable review!!!!! and WILL NOT recommend it to anyone i know even after i get my scooter. the Pride scooter i currently have is cutting out and dying and beings I dont walk I need this scooter. I have been tossed is the road a few times because of it, I broke my elbow once. So if they cant understand how important this is for my safety then im sorry.
